Claims (2)
- 振動源側と支持側のいずれか一方に取り付けられる第1取付具と、振動源側と支持側のいずれか他方に取り付けられる第2取付具と、前記第1取付具と前記第2取付具との間に介設されたゴム状弾性体からなる防振基体と、前記第2取付具側に支持されたゴム状弾性膜からなるダイヤフラムと、前記防振基体が室壁の一部をなす液体が封入された主液室と、前記ダイヤフラムが室壁の一部をなす液体が封入された副液室と、前記主液室と前記副液室を連通させるオリフィス流路と、を備えた液封入式防振装置において、
前記第2取付具が、前記ダイヤフラムの背後を覆うことで前記ダイヤフラムを挟んで前記副液室と反対側に密閉された空気室を形成するキャップ部材を備え、前記キャップ部材の内部に、当該キャップ部材よりも比重の小さい固形物からなるものであって前記空気室の体積を小さくする小体積化部材が内蔵され、前記小体積化部材は、有底筒状をなす前記キャップ部材の周壁部の内周面に全周にわたって嵌合固定されるとともに、前記キャップ部材の底面との間に肉盗み凹部が設けられたことを特徴とする液封入式防振装置。 - 前記小体積化部材が、ゴム状弾性体からなる請求項1に記載の液封入式防振装置。
