Claims (10)
- 生体サンプルから希少細胞を検出するための、臨床検査室用自動画像処理システムであって、
a.照明システム;
b.画像処理用の磁気機器およびサンプルカートリッジを位置決めするための、プラットフォームを有し、圧電モータにより動かされるX−Y−Zステージアセンブリ;
c.圧電モータにより動かされる、少なくとも1つのAPCフィルタキューブを有する蛍光検出システム、ここに、該APCキューブは、APC感度を維持しつつ、PEブリードオーバを50%低下させ、APCはアロフィコシアニンを意味する;および
d.関連周辺機器を備えたコンピュータを含む、
該システム。 - 照明システムが、CCDカメラ、照明光学部品アセンブリ、対物レンズ、フィルタキューブ、ハウジングを備えたランプおよびシャッタ/NDフィルタアセンブリからなる、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 該ランプが事前に位置合わせされている、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 該照明経路が、関連するレンズフィルタおよび光源への容易な到達を可能にする、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 350から1000ナノメーターの間の蛍光励起波長を生成する能力を有する請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 該X−Y−Zステージの動きが、0.2ミクロンの解像度を供することが可能な圧電モータによるものである、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 該サンプルカートリッジの位置合わせ用のバックライト構造を含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 色ごとのアプローチによって、サンプルカートリッジから複数の画像を獲得するための方法であって、
a.システムを画像位置に設定し;
b.カートリッジサンプルを、圧電モータにより該位置に対応するx−y方向に移動させ;
c.フィルタキューブを位置決めし;
d.該画像を獲得し;
e.該画像を転送し;次いで
f.x−y位置につき要素cからeまでを反復し、該反復が、各フィルタキューブごとに行われ、ここに、少なくとも1つのフィルタキューブは、APC感度を維持しつつ、PEブリードオーバを50%低下させるAPCキューブであり、APCはアロフィコシアニンを意味することを特徴とする該方法。 - 位置ごとのアプローチによって、サンプルカートリッジから複数の画像を獲得するための方法であって、
a.第1のフィルタキューブを位置決めし;
b.システムを画像位置に設定し;
c.カートリッジサンプルを、該位置に対応するx−y方向に移動させ;
d.該画像を獲得し;
e.該画像を転送し;
f.各x−y位置ごとに、要素bからeまでを反復し;次いで
g.もう一つのフィルタキューブを圧電モータにより位置決めして、要素bからfまでを完了し、該要素が各キューブごとに反復され、ここに、少なくとも1つのフィルタキューブは、APC感度を維持しつつ、PEブリードオーバを50%低下させるAPCキューブであり、APCはアロフィコシアニンを意味することを特徴とする該方法。 - a.照明システムがコンパクトなデザインを可能にする最適な照明経路を有し、
システムの要素a、b、cおよびdが、検査室のベンチトップで使用するのに最適なサイズでコンパクトな内蔵型構造を形成する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
