Description
[実施例1]
図1は、本実施例に従う制御装置を備えた車両の全体ブロック図である。図1を参照して、車両は、電源システム1と、駆動力発生部2と、電子制御装置(Electronic Control Unit、以下、「ECU」という)100とを含む。
上述の実施例1ではチャージ電力ΔPを固定値として説明したが、既に述べたように、チャージ電力ΔPを可変値として算出するようにしてもよい。以下、チャージ電力ΔPの算出手法について詳細に説明する。
ここで、「C」はコンデンサ容量である。また、「Vm1」は昇圧開始直前の電圧Vm(すなわち昇圧開始直前の電圧Vb)、「ΔV」は昇圧開始時の電圧Vmの増加量、「ΔT」は昇圧開始時に電圧Vmが増加量ΔVだけ増加するのに要する時間である(図3参照)。
上述の実施例1では、蓄電装置10の定格電力を守るための条件を昇圧開始の第2条件に設定した。これに対し、実施例2では、コンバータ12の定格電流(コンバータ12を流れる電流の許容値、以下「定格電流Imax」ともいう)を守るための条件を昇圧開始の第2条件に設定する。その他の構造、機能、処理は、上述の実施例1と同じであるため、ここでの詳細な説明は繰り返さない。
上述の実施例2ではチャージ電流ΔIを固定値として説明したが、既に述べたように、チャージ電流ΔIを可変値として算出してもよい。たとえば、チャージ電流ΔIを次式(2)で算出するようにしてもよい。
すなわち、上述した式(1)で求めたチャージ電力ΔPを電圧Vm1で除算した値を、チャージ電流ΔIとして算出すればよい。
昇圧開始条件の第2条件として、実施例1で述べた蓄電装置10の定格電力を守るための条件と、実施例2で述べたコンバータ12の定格電流を守るための条件とを組合せてもよい。この場合、昇圧要求信号Reqを受信したという条件、蓄電装置10の定格電力を守るための条件、実施例2で述べたコンバータ12の定格電流を守るための条件の少なくともいずれかの条件が成立した時点で昇圧を開始すればよい。
Claims (8)
- 直流電源(10)の電圧を昇圧して電気負荷(2)に出力可能な電圧変換器(12)を備えた車両の制御装置であって、
前記電圧変換器の出力電圧指令値が前記直流電源の電圧を超えるという第1条件の成否、および、前記電圧変換器による昇圧開始に応じた過渡的な前記直流電源の出力増加を考慮して設定されたしきい値を前記直流電源の出力が超えるという第2条件の成否を判断する判断部(110)と、
前記第1、第2条件の少なくとも一方が成立した場合に、昇圧を開始するように前記電圧変換器を制御する制御部(120)とを備える、車両の制御装置。 - 前記制御部(120)は、前記第1、第2条件の双方が不成立の場合に前記電圧変換器を非昇圧状態とし、前記第1、第2条件の少なくとも一方が成立した場合に前記電圧変換器を昇圧状態とする、請求の範囲第1項に記載の車両の制御装置。
- 前記第2条件は、前記昇圧開始に応じた過渡的な前記直流電源の出力電力の増加量を考慮して設定された電力しきい値を前記直流電源の出力電力が超えるという電力条件、および前記昇圧開始に応じた過渡的な前記直流電源の出力電流の増加量を考慮して設定された電流しきい値を前記直流電源の出力電流が超えるという電流条件の少なくともいずれかを含み、
前記制御部は、前記第1条件、前記電力条件および前記電流条件の少なくともいずれかが成立した場合に、前記昇圧を開始するように前記電圧変換器を制御する、請求の範囲第1項に記載の車両の制御装置。 - 前記車両は、前記電圧変換器の出力電圧を前記電気負荷に供給するための正極線(MPL)および負極線(MNL)と、前記正極線および前記負極線の間に設けられたコンデンサ(C2)とをさらに備え、
前記電力しきい値は、前記昇圧開始に応じて過渡的に前記コンデンサに充電されるチャージ電力を前記直流電源の放電許容電力から減じた値であり、
前記電流しきい値は、前記昇圧開始に応じて過渡的に前記コンデンサに充電されるチャージ電流を前記電圧変換器の許容電流から減じた値である、請求の範囲第3項に記載の車両の制御装置。 - 前記判断部は、前記昇圧を開始する直前の前記直流電源の電圧に応じて、前記電力しきい値および前記電流しきい値を可変とする、請求の範囲第4項に記載の車両の制御装置。
- 前記電力しきい値および前記電流しきい値は、前記昇圧を開始する直前の前記直流電源の電圧が低いほど、大きい値に設定される、請求の範囲第5項に記載の車両の制御装置。
- 前記電圧変換器は、前記直流電源の正極に一端が結合されるリアクトル(L1)と、前記リアクトルの他端と前記電気負荷との間に設けられる第1のスイッチング素子(Q1)と、前記リアクトルの他端と前記直流電源の負極との間に設けられる第2のスイッチング素子(Q2)とを含み、
前記制御部は、前記電圧変換器を昇圧状態に制御する場合、前記第1および第2のスイッチング素子が同時に導通状態になるのを防止するためのデッドタイムを設けるとともに、前記昇圧を開始する時に、前記デッドタイムの影響を考慮して前記出力電圧指令値を不連続的に増加させ、
前記昇圧開始時の過渡的な前記直流電源の出力増加は、前記出力電圧指令値を不連続的に増加させることに起因して生じる現象である、請求の範囲第1項に記載の車両の制御装置。 - 直流電源(10)の電圧を昇圧して電気負荷(2)に出力可能な電圧変換器(12)を備えた車両の制御装置が行なう制御方法であって、
前記電圧変換器の出力電圧指令値が前記直流電源の電圧を超えるという第1条件の成否、および、前記電圧変換器による昇圧開始に応じた過渡的な前記直流電源の出力増加を考慮して設定されたしきい値を前記直流電源の出力が超えるという第2条件の成否を判断するステップと、
前記第1、第2条件の少なくとも一方が成立した場合に、昇圧を開始するように前記電圧変換器を制御するステップとを含む、車両の制御方法。
