Claims (10)
- 薬物送達デバイス(1)のためのニードルアセンブリ(2)であって:
そのニードルアセンブリ(2)は、ニードルシール(3)、薬物送達デバイスのハウジング(13)に対しその位置にロックされる針保持体(4)及び針(5)を含む、
ここで、ニードルシール(3)が針保持体(4)に対し近位に配置され、針(5)が針保持体(4)に対し遠位に配置され、薬物の用量がニードルシール(3)に向かって遠位方向に移動するプランジャ(9)により送達されているとき、針保持体(4)が針(5)を該針保持体(4)に対する移動に抗して固定する、針保持体(4)が可撓性材料で作られる、そして薬物の用量の送達後、上記ニードルシール(3)が針保持体(4)上を押し、そして変形する、プランジャシール(9)が針保持体(4)に向かって遠位方向にニードルシール(3)に力を加える、そのことによって、針(5)を針保持体(4)からロック解除するように構成される、
針保持体(4)がニードルシール(3)が針保持体(4)を変形しているとき、針(5)に対して半径方向外側に向かって曲がるように構成されることを特徴とする
上記ニードルアセンブリ(2)。 - 請求項1に記載のニードルアセンブリ(2)であって、
針(5)を針保持体(4)からロック解除することにより、針保持体(4)に対して近位方向への針(5)の投与端(6)の動きを可能にする、上記ニードルアセンブリ(2)。 - 請求項1又は2に記載のニードルアセンブリ(2)を含む薬物送達デバイス(1)であって、
プランジャーアセンブリ(7)及びハウジング(13)を更に含み、
ここで、プランジャーアセンブリ(7)が、ハウジング(13)に対して遠位方向に動き、そのことによって薬物送達デバイス(1)の遠位方向にニードルアセンブリ(2)のニードルシール(3)を押すように構成される、及び
針保持体(4)がハウジング(13)に対し、その位置にロックされる、
上記薬物送達デバイス(1)。 - 請求項3に記載の薬物送達デバイス(1)であって、
プランジャーアセンブリ(7)が、薬物の用量の送達後ニードルアセンブリ(2)の針(5)と係合するための係合手段(10)を含む、薬物送達デバイス(1)。 - 請求項4に記載の薬物送達デバイス(1)であって、
ニードルアセンブリ(2)が、薬物の用量の送達後、プランジャーアセンブリ(7)の係合手段(10)と係合する嵌め合い手段(11)を含む、上記薬物送達デバイス(1)。 - 請求項3〜5の何れか1項に記載の薬物送達デバイス(1)であって、
プランジャーアセンブリ(7)及び針(5)は、近位力がプランジャーアセンブリ(7)に衝撃を与えるとき、薬物送達デバイス(1)のハウジング(13)内に手動で引き込まれるように構成される、上記薬物送達デバイス(1)。 - 請求項3〜5の何れか1項に記載の薬物送達デバイス(1)であって、
プランジャーアセンブリ(7)及び針(5)を薬物送達デバイス(1)のハウジング(13)内に自動的に引き込むように構成される後退手段(12)を更に含む、上記薬物送達デバイス(1)。 - 請求項7に記載の薬物送達デバイス(1)であって、
後退手段(12)がばねを含む、上記薬物送達デバイス(1)。 - 請求項3〜8の何れか1項に記載の薬物送達デバイス(1)であって、
ペン型注射デバイスである、上記薬物送達デバイス(1)。 - 請求項3〜8の何れか1項に記載の薬物送達デバイス(1)であって、
事前に薬剤を充填されたシリンジである、上記薬物送達デバイス(1)。
