Claims (7)
- プラスチック光ファイバと、一端部にコリメータレンズを保持すると共に他端部に前記プラスチック光ファイバが挿入される挿入孔が設けられた円筒形状の保持部材とを具備し、
前記コリメータレンズに対して位置合わせした状態で前記保持部材の一部に陥没部を設け、当該陥没部の内面で前記プラスチック光ファイバを挟持する光コリメータであって、
前記保持部材の一部に位置決め用陥没部を設けることで形成される傾斜面に前記コリメータレンズ及びプラスチック光ファイバを当接させて位置決めを行うことを特徴とする光コリメータ。 - 前記保持部材を金属材料で構成したことを特徴とする請求項1記載の光コリメータ。
- 前記保持部材の同一周上に複数の前記陥没部を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載の光コリメータ。
- 前記保持部材における前記コリメータレンズ側の端部近傍に前記陥没部を設けることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれかに記載の光コリメータ。
- 前記保持部材における前記挿入孔側の端部近傍に前記陥没部を設けることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれかに記載の光コリメータ。
- 前記プラスチック光ファイバの挿入方向に沿った同一線上に複数の陥没部を設けることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5のいずれかに記載の光コリメータ。
- 請求項1から請求項6のいずれかに記載の光コリメータを接続することを特徴とする光コネクタ。
