Description
本発明のマーク用生地は、伸縮性のマーク地に融点が125〜165℃、150℃における溶融粘度が8000〜15000Pa・s、100%モジュラスが2〜8MPaの物性値を有する熱可塑性ポリウレタン樹脂からなる接着剤をラミネートしたものである。

Claims (8)
- 伸縮性のマーク地に、融点が125〜165℃、150℃における溶融粘度が8000〜15000Pa・s、100%モジュラスが2〜8MPaの熱可塑性ポリウレタン樹脂からなる接着剤がラミネートされたホットメルト接着層を有することを特徴とするマーク用生地。
- 前記ホットメルト接着層の厚さが50〜150μmであることを特徴とする請求項1記載のマーク用生地。
- 前記伸縮性のマーク地が、ペットフィルム上に顔料を含有する熱硬化性ポリウレタン樹脂又は熱可塑性ポリウレタン樹脂からなるバインダー樹脂を塗布して形成されるシート層であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のマーク用生地。
- 前記顔料が、水性インクであることを特徴とする請求項3記載のマーク用生地。
- 樹脂バインダーからなる前記顔料を含有する熱硬化性ポリウレタン樹脂又は熱可塑性ポリウレタン樹脂からなるバインダー樹脂を塗布して形成されるシート層と、前記熱可塑性ポリウレタン樹脂からなるホットメルト接着層との間に、熱硬化性ポリウレタン樹脂からなる介在層を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至4に記載のマーク用生地。
- 前記熱硬化性ポリウレタン樹脂の介在層の厚さが20〜50μmであることを特徴とする請求項5記載のマーク用生地。
- 前記ホットメルト接着層を形成する前記熱可塑性ポリウレタン樹脂が、ポリエステルポリオールとジイソシアネート化合物を反応させて得られるポリエステル系ポリウレタン樹脂であることを特徴とする請求項1または2、または5に記載のマーク用生地。
- 前記請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載のマーク用生地を用いて、圧力500〜2000g/cm2、温度140〜180℃で衣類に熱圧着することを特徴とするマーク形成方法。
