Description
Claims (15)
- 被術者の頭蓋骨に形成された穴に取付け可能な頭蓋骨取付け具であって、脳神経外科器具が通される整列軸線を規定する整列案内部を備え、頭蓋骨の穴に取付けられたとき、頭蓋骨の最外表面から実質的に突出せず、及び脳実質に及ばない頭蓋骨取付け具を備える脳神経外科装置であって、
当該脳神経外科装置は、当該頭蓋骨取付け具の整列軸線を整列させる脳神経外科整列器具をさらに備え、
当該脳神経外科整列器具は、細長いシャフトと、当該細長いシャフトの末端部から突出し、当該頭蓋骨取付け具の整列案内部に係合し、且つ整列させるエレメントと、を備え、
当該脳神経外科整列器具が被術者の頭蓋骨に形成された穴に取付けられた頭蓋骨取付け具に係合されたとき、当該突出しているエレメントが、当該頭蓋骨取付け具の整列案内部を貫通して、そして被術者の脳の皮質に及ぶことを特徴とする脳神経外科装置。 - 当該頭蓋骨取付け具は、被術者の頭蓋骨に形成された穴に取付けられたとき、該頭蓋骨の最外表面とほぼ面一であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の脳神経外科装置。
- 当該頭蓋骨取付け具は、被術者内での長期間に亘る皮下移植に適していることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の脳神経外科装置。
- 当該頭蓋骨取付け具は、整列案内部を規定する部材、及び被術者の頭蓋骨に形成された穴に取付け可能なソケットを備え、当該整列案内部を規定する部材はソケットにより保持され、且つ、ソケットに対して移動できることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の脳神経外科装置。
- 当該頭蓋骨取付け具の当該整列案内部は、整列軸線を規定するチャネルが貫通して形成された部材を備え、頭蓋骨に形成された穴内の頭蓋骨取付け具の方向は、頭蓋骨への頭蓋骨取付け具の取付け中に、整列軸線が脳神経外科器具挿入の所要の軸線と整列するように設定されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の脳神経外科装置。
- 当該頭蓋骨取付け具の当該整列案内部は、移植の後、頭蓋骨に対して固定化され得ることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の脳神経外科装置。
- 当該頭蓋骨取付け具は、被術者の頭蓋骨に形成された穴に接着剤でもって固定され得ることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の脳神経外科装置。
- 当該頭蓋骨取付け具は、頭蓋骨取付け具の当該脳神経外科整列器具への解放可能な取付けを許容する凹所を備え、当該凹所を規定する表面は、当該脳神経外科整列器具に設けられた補完的な突出部に解放可能に取付けるためのねじ山を持っていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載の脳神経外科装置。
- 当該脳神経外科整列器具の当該突出しているエレメントは、前記細長いシャフトの長手方向の軸線とほぼ同軸のワイヤーを備えることを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載の脳神経外科装置。
- 当該突出しているエレメントは、使用時に脳内に10mmから12mm進入するように配列されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至9のいずれかに記載の脳神経外科装置。
- 取付け部材が細長いシャフトの末端部に設けられ、当該取付け部材は関連した頭蓋骨取付け具に解放可能に係合可能であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至10のいずれかに記載の脳神経外科装置。
- 複数の目盛りのマーキングが細長いシャフトに設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至11のいずれかに記載の脳神経外科装置。
- 脳神経外科器具を規定された挿入軸線に沿って案内するステレオガイド、を備え、
使用時に、当該脳神経整列器具は当該ステレオガイドによって保持され、及び頭蓋骨取付け具の整列軸線をステレオガイドによって規定された挿入軸線に整列させることを特徴とする請求項1乃至12のいずれかに記載の脳神経外科装置。 - 案内ワイヤーを保持するアプリケーター器具を備え、
当該アプリケーター器具は、使用時に、ステレオガイドによって保持され、及び案内ワイヤーが植え込まれた頭蓋骨取付け具の整列案内部を通って脳実質に通過されるのを許容し、ステレオガイド及び頭蓋骨取付け具の整列案内部は案内ワイヤーを規定された挿入軸線に沿って案内すべく作用することを特徴とする請求項13に記載の装置。 - 案内ワイヤー、カテーテル、案内チューブ、電極、及び生体検査針の少なくとも1つをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1乃至14のいずれかに記載の装置。
