Description
Claims (14)
- 心臓血管系における狭窄部領域の冠血流予備量比(FFR)を計算するために使用する、病変部を越えた側の圧力を測定するためのカテーテル装置であって、
前記心臓血管系に挿入可能であり、ガイドワイヤが内部を通過してスライドするルーメンを画定し、前記FFR計算のための圧力測定中に、病変部の遠位側に位置するガイドチューブと、
前記ガイドチューブの近位端側に配置し、前記心臓血管系における圧力を感知するための先端部圧力センサと、
前記先端部圧力センサから延在し、かつ前記圧力を示す信号を処理装置に伝送して圧力測定読み値が得られるようにし、また前記病変部における前記冠血流予備量比(FFR)を前記圧力測定読み値に基づき計算できるようにするための信号通信手段と、
前記信号通信手段を少なくとも部分的に収容し、前記FFRを計算するための前記圧力測定中には、前記病変部を完全に通過した状態で配置する小径の金属製ハイポチューブと、
を備えた、カテーテル装置。 - 請求項1記載のカテーテル装置において、前記先端部圧力センサはカテーテル先端部アセンブリの一部を構成し、前記カテーテル先端部アセンブリはさらにコア部材を有し、該コア部材上に前記ガイドチューブを取り付ける構成としたカテーテル装置。
- 請求項2記載のカテーテル装置において、前記カテーテル先端部アセンブリは、さらにハウジングを有し、該ハウジングに前記コア部材を取り付け、前記ハウジングが前記先端部圧力センサを保持する構成としたカテーテル装置。
- 請求項3記載のカテーテル装置において、前記ハウジングは、血圧を前記先端部圧力センサに伝達可能にするウィンドウを有する構成とした、カテーテル装置。
- 請求項1記載のカテーテル装置において、前記小径の金属製ハイポチューブの直径を0.254mm(0.010″)以下としたカテーテル装置。
- 請求項5記載のカテーテル装置において、さらに、前記小径の金属製ハイポチューブに接続して十分な押し込み能力を付与するより大径のハイポチューブを備え、前記大径のハイポチューブ内に前記信号通信手段の少なくとも一部を延在させる構成としたカテーテル装置。
- 請求項2記載のカテーテル装置において、前記コア部材の直径はテーパを付ける又は段階的に縮径する構成としたカテーテル装置。
- 請求項1記載のカテーテル装置において、さらに、処理装置を備え、該処理装置に前記圧力を示す前記信号を伝達する構成としたカテーテル装置。
- 請求項1記載のカテーテル装置において、前記信号通信手段は光ファイバ及び電気ワイヤのうちの一つを有する構成としたカテーテル装置。
- 請求項1記載のカテーテル装置において、前記センサは、光センサ及び電気センサのうちの一つとしたカテーテル装置。
- 請求項1記載のカテーテル装置において、前記ガイドチューブの長さを15mm以下としたカテーテル装置。
- 心臓血管系における圧力を測定するためのカテーテル装置であって、
心臓血管系に挿入可能であり、ガイドワイヤが内部を通過してスライドするルーメンを画定するガイドチューブと、
ガイドチューブの近位端側に配置し、前記心臓血管系における圧力を感知するための先端部圧力センサと、
前記先端部圧力センサから延在し、また前記圧力を示す信号を処理装置に伝送して圧力測定読み値が得られるようにする信号通信手段と
を備えるカテーテル装置において、
前記先端部圧力センサはカテーテル先端部アセンブリの一部を構成し、該カテーテル先端部アセンブリはさらにコア部材を有し、該コア部材上に前記ガイドチューブを取り付けたカテーテル装置。 - 請求項12記載のカテーテル装置において、前記コア部材の直径はテーパを付ける又は段階的に縮径する構成としたカテーテル装置。
- 心臓血管系における圧力を測定するためのカテーテル装置であって、
心臓血管系に挿入可能であり、ガイドワイヤが内部を通過してスライドするルーメンを画定するガイドチューブと、
ガイドチューブの近位端側に配置し、前記心臓血管系における圧力を感知するための先端部圧力センサと、
前記先端部圧力センサから延在し、また前記圧力を示す信号を処理装置に伝送して圧力測定読み値が得られるようにする信号通信手段と
前記信号通信手段を少なくとも部分的に収容し、かつ0.254mm(0.010″)以下の直径を有する小径ハイポチューブと、
を備えた、カテーテル装置。
