Description
Claims (5)
- 前面と背面とを有する電解質膜を提供する工程と、
前記電解質膜の前面上に第1の金属層を堆積する工程と、
第1の空隙を含む第1のマスクを前記第1の金属層上に形成する工程と、
前記第1の金属層上の前記第1の空隙内に第1の隆起層が形成されるように第1の電気めっきを実行する工程と、
前記第1のマスクを除去する工程と、
第1の横断通路が形成されるように前記前面に至るまで前記第1の金属層をエッチング除去し、前記第1の隆起層と前記第1の金属層とで第1の集電体を形成する工程と、
前記第1の集電体上に第1の触媒要素を堆積する工程と、
を備え、
前記第1の電気めっきは、前記第1の空隙の補完部に対応し、
前記第1の触媒要素は、前記電解質膜と直接接するように前記第1の集電体の前記第1の横断通路を満たして前記第1の隆起層を覆い、
前記第1の触媒要素は、第1の電極をなし、
前記電解質膜の背面上に第2の電極を形成する工程をさらに備える、
燃料電池の製造方法。 - 前記第2の電極を形成する工程は、
前記電解質膜の背面上に第2の金属層を堆積する工程と、
第2の空隙を含む第2のマスクを前記第2の金属層上に形成する工程と、
前記第2の金属層上の前記第2の空隙内に第2の隆起層が形成されるように第2の電気めっきを実行する工程と、
前記第2のマスクを除去する工程と、
第2の横断通路が形成されるように前記背面に至るまで前記第2の金属層をエッチング除去し、前記第2の隆起層と前記第2の金属層とで第2の集電体を形成する工程と、
前記第2の集電体上に第2の触媒要素を堆積する工程と、
を含み、
前記第2の電気めっきは、前記第2の空隙の補完部に対応し、
前記第2の触媒要素は、前記電解質膜と直接接するように前記第2の集電体の前記第2の横断通路を満たして前記第2の隆起層を覆い、
前記第2の触媒要素は、第2の電極をなす、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料電池の製造方法。 - 前記第1集電体と前記第2集電体が、共に格子の形で構築されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の燃料電池の製造方法。
- 前記第1集電体と前記第2集電体が、共に櫛の形で構築されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の燃料電池の製造方法。
- 前記第1集電体および前記第2集電体の金属が、貴金属から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の燃料電池の製造方法。
