Description
Claims (8)
- クロスヘッド式大型低速ディーゼルエンジン(10)のための組立式クランク軸(1)であって、
主ジャーナル(5)により互いに接続される複数のスロー(2)を備え、
前記主ジャーナルは主ジャーナル軸受面(40)を有し、前記主ジャーナル軸受面はその2つの軸方向端部(42,43)の間の軸方向の幅(W)を有し、
少なくとも一つの前記主ジャーナルの前記主ジャーナル軸受面には少なくとも一つの減少領域(45)が設けられ、
前記少なくとも一つの減少領域は、前記2つの軸方向端部の一方に隣接し、前記2つの軸方向端部の前記一方から遠ざかる方向に浅くなる深さ(y)を有し、該減少領域は、前記主ジャーナルのその軸受に対する傾きに対処するように構成され、
前記少なくとも一つの減少領域は更に、対応する前記主ジャーナルのその軸受に対する傾きに対処するために、該主ジャーナルの円周全体の選択された一部をカバーする、角方向の特定の位置及び角方向の特定の広がり(δ1,δ2)を有する、
クランク軸。 - 選択された主ジャーナルに複数の減少領域(45)が設けられる、請求項1に記載のクランク軸。
- 前記複数の減少領域の各々は、関連する主ジャーナルにおける必要性に応じて個別に最適化される、請求項2に記載のクランク軸。
- 前記少なくとも一つの減少領域の前記深さ(y)は、該減少領域が隣接する前記軸方向端部に向けて、軸方向に、徐々にその深さを増大させる、請求項1に記載のクランク軸。
- 前記少なくとも一つの減少領域の前記角方向の広がり(δ1,δ2)は、前記主ジャーナルの円周領域全体にまで広がる、請求項1に記載のクランク軸。
- 複数の主軸受(62,80,86,87)及び、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載のクランク軸を備える、軸受アセンブリ。
- 軸受シェル(86,87)が、完全な円筒形を有する軸受面を持つ平たんな軸受シェルである、請求項6に記載の軸受アセンブリ。
- 請求項1から5のいずれかに記載のクランク軸または請求項6及び7のいずれかに記載の軸受アセンブリを備える、クロスヘッド式大型多気筒2ストロークディーゼルエンジン(10)。
