Description
本発明は、物質交換トレーの連続を含有する分離塔中の上昇性ガス状物質流の少なくとも1つと、前記分離塔中の、重合阻害剤を溶解して含有する下降性液状物質流の少なくとも1つとの間で熱分解するにあたり、前記物質流のうち少なくとも1つは(メタ)アクリルモノマーを含有し、分離塔の内面は、前記の、分離塔中の、重合阻害剤を溶解して含有する下降性液状物質流で吹き付けられていて、かつその際分離塔は内部構造体を有し、前記内部構造体は少なくとも一部の面が、前記の、吹き付けた下降性液状物質流の陰の領域にある熱分解方法に関する。
1.比較例
3.8mの内径及び32mの長さを有する精留塔中で混合物を分離し、前記混合物は以下の成分を含有した:
アクリル酸17質量%、
水0.02質量%、
アクロレイン0.0015質量%、
アリルアクリラート0.0015質量%、
フルフラール0.01質量%、
酢酸0.027質量%、
ベンズアルデヒド0.2質量%、
プロピオン酸0.003質量%、
無水マレイン酸0.032質量%、
Diphyl(R)(ジフェニル約25質量%及びジフェニルエーテル約75質量%からの混合物)58質量%、
ジメチルフタラート17質量%、
アクロロイルプロピオン酸(Acroloylpropionsaeure)3質量%、及び
フェノチアジン300質量ppm。
比較例のように行われた。二重T字型支持体は、しかし、図2のように鋼プレートでカバーされていた。プレート厚さは2mmであった。縁に、プレートは溶接された。40日間の運転時間の後でも、二重T字型支持体は重合体を有しなかった。
Claims (5)
- 上昇性ガス状物質流の少なくとも1つと、重合阻害剤を溶解して含有する下降性液状物質流の少なくとも1つとの間で熱分離するための分離塔であって、
前記分離塔は、連続した物質交換トレーを含み、かつ、支持エレメントとしてカバーしたI字型支持体及び/又はカバーしたコの字型支持体を組み込んでおり、
前記支持体は、前記分離塔の片面からもう片面へと延び、かつ塔壁に固定されており、
上に向かうガス状物質流が前記物質交換トレーを通過して前記物質交換トレーが前記ガス状物質流の下になる際に、前記物質交換トレー上にある液相から飛沫同伴され、かつ、垂直に上に向かって吹き付けられる液滴の陰の領域にある前記支持エレメントの一部の面は、カバーで覆われることにより陰の領域が取り除かれている、分離塔。 - 前記支持エレメントが、I字型支持体である、請求項1記載の分離塔。
- 前記支持エレメントが、コの字型支持体である、請求項1記載の分離塔。
- 前記物質交換トレーが、シーブトレーである、請求項1から3のいずれか1項記載の分離塔。
- 前記カバーが、還流液の滞在時間を減少させる水切り突出部を有する、請求項1から4のいずれか1項記載の分離塔。
