Description
そのようなクラッチは、単一または二段タービンおよび/またはコンプレッサを有する単一のシャフトまたは同軸のシャフトのECTで使用するのに適している。この例では、同軸のシャフトを持つ二段コンプレッサECTで採用された状態を示している。低圧コンプレッサブレード7408は内側シャフト7504および低圧タービンブレード(図示せず)に連結されている。高圧コンプレッサブレード7001が外側の同軸シャフト7505および電動機回転子(図示せず)に連結されている。対向するクラッチ面7006および7008はこの例では、クラッチが駆動されていない限り通常は係合または結合をしていない。ブレード7001の面にマグネット7002が担持されており、壁7010にコイルが収容されている。クラッチ7000が非駆動状態である場合、クラッチ面7006および7008は係合しておらずコンプレッサブレード7001および7008は独立して回転する。しかし、コイル7004が外部電力源(図示せず)によって通電された場合、ブレード7001のマグネット7002はコイル7004のほうに引き付けられ、それが高圧ブレード7001を長手方向に少し動かして、クラッチ面7006と7008が係合される。この例は電気制御クラッチとして構成されるが、一方向機械式、油圧駆動式または同じ目的を達成する他のクラッチも代替物と考え得る。この実施形態におけるクラッチの主たる基準は、所定の動作条件に応動して、低エンジン速度時に低圧タービンおよび/またはコンプレッサ負荷を電動機から分離し、次いでエンジンがコンプレッサを作動させるに適切な速度でタービンを駆動するための十分な排気ガスを生成し始めると低圧構成要素を高圧構成要素に結合するということである。
Claims (3)
- 電動機キャビティと、タービンとコンプレッサとの間の前記電動機キャビティ内に取り付けられた電動機と、を含む電動機ハウジングを備え、前記電動機は外部の源から前記キャビティに入る非導電性液との直接接触により冷却される、電気制御ターボチャージャーであって、
前記非導電性液は、前記電動機の固定子上に直接吹き付けられる潤滑油であり、
前記ターボチャージャーは、第1のタービンブレードを第1のコンプレッサブレードに接続する内側シャフトと、前記内側シャフトから離間した同心の外側シャフトとを含み、前記外側シャフトは前記電動機の回転子を搭載しており、前記ハウジングは、前記シャフトを支持する軸受と、加圧源から潤滑油を受け取って前記潤滑油を前記軸受に方向付け、さらに同軸の前記シャフトを隔てている空間へと方向付ける前記ハウジング内の潤滑路を含み、前記回転子は、前記シャフトを隔てている前記空間と前記電動機キャビティとの間で開放状態で連通する油路を含み、前記潤滑油は、前記軸受、前記シャフトを隔てている空間、前記回転子の油路を通って通過して、前記シャフトに隣接した前記電動機キャビティへと入って前記固定子に直接吹き付けられる、電気制御ターボチャージャー。 - 電動機キャビティと、タービンとコンプレッサとの間の前記電動機キャビティ内に取り付けられた電動機と、を含む電動機ハウジングを備え、前記電動機は外部の源から前記キャビティに入る非導電性液との直接接触により冷却される、電気制御ターボチャージャーであって、
前記非導電性液は、前記電動機の固定子上に直接吹き付けられる潤滑油であり、
前記ターボチャージャーは、第1のタービンブレードを第1のコンプレッサブレードに接続する中空の内側シャフトと、前記内側シャフトから離間した同心の外側シャフトとを含み、前記外側シャフトは前記電動機の回転子を搭載しており、前記ハウジングは前記シャフトを支持する軸受を含み、前記中空の内側シャフトは、前記軸受と少なくとも開放連通するようにその長さに沿って配置された複数の開口と、加圧源から潤滑油を受け取って前記中空の内側シャフトの長さに沿って前記開口を介して同軸の前記シャフトを分離している空間と前記軸受へと方向付ける第1の端部と、を有し、前記潤滑油は、前記軸受を通して前記シャフトに隣接した前記電動機キャビティへと入って前記固定子に直接吹き付けられる、電気制御ターボチャージャー。 - 前記電動機キャビティと連通して吹き付けられた前記液を前記外部の源に戻すドレインを前記ハウジング内にさらに含み、前記電動機キャビティと連通するベントを前記ハウジング内にさらに含む請求項1又は2に記載の電気制御ターボチャージャー。
