Description
前記の構成において、前記回転体を全方向に回転可能なボールによって構成するとよい。
以下に、この発明を具体化した転積装置の第1実施形態を、図1〜図4に従って説明する。
この転積装置において、保持部材11上に薄板Wが配置された状態で、パンチ13がダイ12に対して往復動されると、薄板Wから所要形状のコア片Waが打ち抜かれる。そして、打ち抜かれたコア片Waが側圧リング14により外周から押圧保持されながら、載置台15の回転台21上に載置されて順に積層される。このとき、昇降機構16により載置台15がシャフト17を介して上昇移動されて、載置台15上の積層コアWAに対してパンチ13の押圧方向と逆方向の圧力が付与される。このため、図3に示すように、回転台21上の各回転体26がバネ28の付勢力に抗して回転台21上の支持部材22の上面から没入する位置に移動され、積層コアWAの下面が支持部材22の上面に摩擦接触される。
(1) この転積装置においては、打ち抜かれたコア片Waが回転台21上に転積される際に、積層コアWAが回転台21上において金属より摩擦係数が高い材料からなる支持部材22に支持される。このため、コア片Waの転積に際して、回転台21上の積層コアWAと回転台21との間にスリップを生じることを防止できる。よって、積層コアWAにスリップ傷が発生するおそれを防止することができる。
次に、この発明を具体化した転積装置の第2実施形態を、前記第1実施形態と異なる部分を中心に説明する。
(5) この実施形態においては、保持板35上の回転体38をローラによって構成できるため、部品のコストを下げることができる。
なお、この実施形態は、次のように変更して具体化することも可能である。
・ 前記第2実施形態において、回転体38を固定位置で支持すること。この場合、回転体38の上端を排出口30に移動される積層コアWAの下面に位置するようにする。このようにすれば、バネ28等の構成を省略できて、構成を簡素化できる。
Claims (3)
- 垂直軸線を中心に回転可能な転積用回転台を備え、打ち抜かれた複数枚のワークが転積用回転台上に転積されるようにした転積装置において、
前記転積用回転台の上面全体を金属より摩擦係数が高い材料からなる支持部材によって構成し、
前記転積用回転台には、ワークを移動可能に支持するために前記支持部材に形成された孔から出没可能な回転体と、その回転体を突出方向に付勢するための付勢手段とを設けたことを特徴とする転積装置。 - 前記支持部材を金属より柔らかい材料によって構成したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の転積装置。
- 前記回転体を全方向に回転可能なボールによって構成したことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の転積装置。
