Description
(1) 患者の体腔内の各位置にてプローブにより測定される入力を受信することと、
前記各位置それぞれにおいて前記プローブと前記体腔内の組織との間の各接触特性を測定することと、
前記各接触特性が規定範囲外となる前記入力を拒否することと、
拒否されない前記入力を用いて前記体腔のマップを作成することと、を含む、マッピング方法。
(2) 前記体腔が心腔を含む、実施態様1に記載の方法。
(3) 前記入力を受信することが、前記プローブ内の位置検出器からの、前記体腔内の前記プローブの遠位端の座標を示す信号を受信することを含む、実施態様1に記載の方法。
(4) 前記入力を受信することが、前記位置における生理学的パラメータを測定することを含み、前記マップを作成することが、前記腔上の前記生理学的パラメータをマッピングすることを含む、実施態様1に記載の方法。
(5) 前記生理学的パラメータを測定することが、前記組織内の電気的活動を示す信号を受信することを含む、実施態様4に記載の方法。
(6) 前記各接触特性を測定することが、前記プローブの遠位端に加わる圧力を測定することを含む、実施態様1に記載の方法。
(7) 前記圧力を測定することが、前記プローブ内の力センサからの信号を受信することを含む、実施態様6に記載の方法。
(8) 前記入力を拒否することが、前記圧力が所定の下限値を下回るときの測定値を拒否することを含む、実施態様6に記載の方法。
(9) 前記入力を拒否することが、前記圧力が所定の上限値を上回るときの測定値を拒否することを含む、実施態様6に記載の方法。
(10) 前記測定圧力に応じて前記プローブを自動制御し、前記プローブを前記体腔内で動かすことを含む、実施態様6に記載の方法。
(12) 前記マップを作成することが、前記位置のうち1または2以上における前記各接触特性を示すタグを前記マップに加えることを含む、実施態様1に記載の方法。
(13) 体腔内に挿入されるよう構成された遠位端を有するプローブであって、前記体腔内の複数位置において前記プローブと組織との間の各接触特性を測定するための接触センサを含む、プローブと、
前記各位置それぞれにおける前記接触特性を示す入力を前記プローブから受信し、前記各接触特性が規定範囲外となる前記入力を拒否し、拒否されない前記入力を用いて前記体腔のマップを作成するよう構成された操作部と、を備える、マッピング装置。
(14) 前記体腔が心腔を含む、実施態様13に記載の装置。
(15) 前記プローブが、前記体腔内の前記プローブの遠位端の座標を示す入力を前記操作部に提供するよう構成された位置検出器を含む、実施態様13に記載の装置。
(16) 前記プローブが、患者の前記体腔内の前記各位置における生理学的パラメータを測定する生理学的センサを含み、前記操作部が、前記腔上の前記生理学的パラメータをマッピングするよう構成された、実施態様13に記載の装置。
(17) 前記生理学的センサが、前記組織内における電気的活動を示す信号を生成するよう構成された電極を含む、実施態様16に記載の装置。
(18) 前記接触センサが、前記プローブの遠位端に加わる圧力を測定するよう構成された、実施態様13に記載の装置。
(19) 前記接触センサが、前記プローブ内の力センサを含む、実施態様18に記載の装置。
(20) 前記操作部が、前記圧力が所定の下限値を下回るときの測定ポイントを拒否するよう構成された、実施態様18に記載の装置。
(22) 前記操作部が、前記測定圧力に応じて前記プローブを自動制御し、前記プローブを前記体腔内で動かすよう構成された、実施態様18に記載の装置。
(23) 前記接触センサが電極を含み、前記電極が前記プローブと前記組織との間の電気インピーダンスを測定するよう連結された、実施態様13に記載の装置。
(24) 前記操作部が、前記位置のうち1または2以上における前記各接触特性を示すタグを前記マップに加えるよう構成された、実施態様13に記載の装置。
Claims (12)
- 体腔内に挿入されるよう構成された遠位端を有するプローブであって、前記体腔内の複数位置において前記プローブと組織との間の各接触特性を測定するための接触センサを含む、プローブと、
前記各位置それぞれにおける前記接触特性を示す入力を前記プローブから受信し、前記各接触特性が規定範囲外となる前記入力を拒否し、拒否されない前記入力を用いて前記体腔のマップを作成するよう構成された操作部と、を備える、マッピング装置。 - 前記体腔が心腔を含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記プローブが、前記体腔内の前記プローブの遠位端の座標を示す入力を前記操作部に提供するよう構成された位置検出器を含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記プローブが、患者の前記体腔内の前記各位置における生理学的パラメータを測定する生理学的センサを含み、前記操作部が、前記腔上の前記生理学的パラメータをマッピングするよう構成された、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記生理学的センサが、前記組織内における電気的活動を示す信号を生成するよう構成された電極を含む、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記接触センサが、前記プローブの遠位端に加わる圧力を測定するよう構成された、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記接触センサが、前記プローブ内の力センサを含む、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記操作部が、前記圧力が所定の下限値を下回るときの測定ポイントを拒否するよう構成された、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記操作部が、前記圧力が所定の上限値を上回るときの測定ポイントを拒否するよう構成された、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記操作部が、前記測定圧力に応じて前記プローブを自動制御し、前記プローブを前記体腔内で動かすよう構成された、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記接触センサが電極を含み、前記電極が前記プローブと前記組織との間の電気インピーダンスを測定するよう連結された、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記操作部が、前記位置のうち1または2以上における前記各接触特性を示すタグを前記マップに加えるよう構成された、請求項1に記載の装置。
