Claims (20)
- 柔軟性を有するプリント回路基板と、
前記プリント回路基板上に実装され、側面発光を行う一つ以上の発光ユニットと、
前記プリント回路基板上に配置されて前記発光ユニットを埋め、前記発光ユニットの出射光を面発光部を通じて発光させるレジン層と、
前記レジン層の上側に配置される拡散板と、
前記レジン層上に配置され、一対の光学シート間に光学パターンを含む光学シート層と、
前記レジン層の側面に配置されて前記レジン層の側面を通じて放出される光を再反射する光反射ユニットと、を含み、
照明装置自体が一定の柔軟性を有することを特徴とする照明装置。 - 前記光反射ユニットは、前記レジン層、前記拡散板及び前記光学シート層の側面と密着する、請求項1に記載の照明装置。
- 前記光反射ユニットは、前記プリント回路基板の水平面と垂直をなすように配置される、請求項2に記載の照明装置。
- 前記光反射ユニットの外側面に配置され、前記光反射ユニットを接着支持する光反射ユニット支持部をさらに含む、請求項3に記載の照明装置。
- 前記光反射ユニットは、前記レジン層の一側及び他側と離隔して配置されて間接発光エアギャップを形成する間接発光部を具現する、請求項1に記載の照明装置。
- 前記レジン層の側面と前記光反射ユニットとの間には間接発光エアギャップが形成され、前記光反射ユニットは、前記光学シート層が配置された高さまで延長するように形成される、請求項5に記載の照明装置。
- 前記光反射ユニットの外側面及び前記プリント回路基板の下部に形成された支持ユニットをさらに含む、請求項6に記載の照明装置。
- 前記光反射ユニットは、白色顔料又は金属を含んで形成される、請求項2又は6に記載の照明装置。
- 前記レジン層と前記拡散板との間には第1エアギャップが形成される、請求項1に記載の照明装置。
- 前記プリント回路基板と前記レジン層との間に形成され、前記発光ユニットによって貫通される構造からなる反射部材をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の照明装置。
- 前記反射部材上に反射パターンが形成される、請求項10に記載の照明装置。
- 前記反射パターンは、TiO2、CaCO3、BaSO4、Al2O3、シリコン、PSのうちいずれか一つを含む反射インクで形成される、請求項11に記載の照明装置。
- 前記レジン層の上面に形成されて出射される光を分散する第1光学シートをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の照明装置。
- 前記第1光学シート上に形成された第2光学シートをさらに含む、請求項13に記載の照明装置。
- 前記第1光学シートの上面又は前記第2光学シートの下面に出射される光を遮光又は反射する光学パターンが形成される前記光学パターンは、拡散パターンと遮光パターンとが2重又は3重構造で重畳構造で配置され、
前記発光ユニットの光出射方向から遠ざかるほどパターン密度が低くなるように形成される、請求項14に記載の照明装置。 - 前記光学パターンは、
TiO2、CaCO3、BaSO4、Al2O3、シリコンのうちいずれか一つ以上の物質を含む遮光インクを用いて形成される拡散パターンと、
Al又はAlとTiO2の混合物質を含む遮光インクを用いて形成される遮光パターンと、を含む重畳構造からなり、
前記遮光パターンと前記拡散パターンとの2重重畳構造であるか、又は
前記遮光パターンの上部と下部に拡散パターンが重畳印刷される3重重畳構造である、請求項15に記載の照明装置。 - 前記遮光パターンはAlで形成され、前記遮光パターンの上部にはTiO2を用いて拡散パターン及び前記遮光パターンの下部にはCaCO3とTiO2を用いる拡散パターンが具現される、請求項16に記載の照明装置。
- 前記レジン層は、オリゴマーを含む紫外線硬化樹脂からなる、請求項1に記載の照明装置。
- 前記オリゴマーは、ウレタンアクリレート、エポキシアクリレート、ポリエステルアクリレート、アクリルアクリレートから選択されるいずれか一つの物質を含んでなる、請求項18に記載の照明装置。
- 前記レジン層は、シリコン、シリカ、グラスバブル、PMMA、ウレタン、Zn、Zr、Al2O3、アクリルから選択されるいずれか一つからなるビーズをさらに含む、請求項19に記載の照明装置。
