Claims (4)
- 接続相手コネクタのコンタクトにそれぞれ接続される複数のコンタクトピンと、前記複数のコンタクトピンが互いに所定間隔を空けて並べて配設される絶縁ハウジングと、前記絶縁ハウジングを被覆して設けられるシールドケースとを備えるとともに、基板に実装される電気コネクタであって、
前記複数のコンタクトピンのうち少なくとも一つのコンタクトピンは、隣り合う他のコンタクトピン側に突出して設けられ、前記他のコンタクトピンとの間隔を前記所定間隔よりも短くする突出部を備え、
前記複数のコンタクトピンの各コンタクトピンは、一端に相手側コンタクトと接続する接触部が形成される第1辺部と、
前記第1辺部の他端から前記第1辺部の延在方向と直交する方向に延設され、且つ、前記基板と接続する端子部を備える第2辺部とを有し、
前記複数のコンタクトピンにおいて隣り合うコンタクトピンの前記第2辺部どうしは、前記第1辺部の延在方向で前記所定間隔を開けて並べて配置され、
前記シールドケースは、前記第1辺部を囲む円筒被覆部と、
前記第2辺部を囲む直方形状被覆部と、
を有し、
前記突出部は、前記直方形状被覆部内に位置する前記第2辺部の上端から下端に亘る部位から、互い対向する前記第2辺部に向かって前記第1辺部の延在方向に突出して設けられ、
前記第1辺部は、前記接触部と、当該接触部に連続して形成され、且つ、前記絶縁ハウジング内で固定される固定部とにより棒状に形成され、
前記固定部は、外周面に軸方向に沿って形成されたリブを有し、このリブによって前記固定部は前記接触部よりも幅が大きく形成され、
前記リブを介して前記固定部は、前記絶縁ハウジングにおいて前記接続相手コネクタのコンタクトと接続する側の直径よりも前記他端側の直径が大きく形成された圧入用孔に圧入固定されている、
電気コネクタ。 - 前記シールドケースは、板状の導電部材によって形成されてなる、
請求項1記載の電気コネクタ。 - 前記複数のコンタクトピンは、マトリクス状に前記所定間隔を空けて配列された4つのコンタクトピンである、
