Description
Claims (6)
- ガイドワイヤが挿通されるインナ孔を有するインナ部材と、
当該インナ部材が挿通されるアウタ孔を有するアウタ部材と、
を備えたカテーテル組立体であって、
前記インナ部材は、前記インナ孔が形成されているインナ管部と、当該インナ管部から近位端側に向けて延びるように設けられたインナシャフト部とを備えており、
前記アウタ部材は、前記アウタ孔が形成されているアウタ管部と、当該アウタ管部から近位端側に向けて延びるように設けられたアウタシャフト部とを備えており、
前記インナ管部は、その近位端部に前記インナ孔を当該インナ管部の外部に開放させるインナ開口を有しているとともに、インナ開口面が近位端側を向くように又は軸線方向に対して傾斜するように当該インナ開口が形成されており、
前記インナシャフト部は、軸線方向に対して直交する方向の寸法が前記インナ開口の当該寸法よりも小さくなっており、
前記アウタ管部は、その近位端部に前記アウタ孔を当該アウタ管部の外部に開放させるアウタ開口を有しているとともに、前記インナ開口と同一線上の位置にて、アウタ開口面が近位端側を向くように又は軸線方向に対して傾斜するように当該アウタ開口が形成されており、
前記アウタシャフト部は、軸線方向に対して直交する方向の寸法が前記アウタ開口の当該寸法よりも小さくなっていることを特徴とするカテーテル組立体。 - 前記インナ部材及び前記アウタ部材のうち一方に設けられ、当該部材に対応する前記開口の位置又は隣接した位置に配置された造影部と、
前記インナ部材及び前記アウタ部材のうち他方に設けられ、当該部材に対応する前記管部と前記シャフト部とを連結するためのものであって、当該シャフト部の金属領域と溶接される金属領域を有し、当該溶接を通じて当該シャフト部を対応する管部に連結させるジョイント部と、
を備えており、
当該ジョイント部は、軸線方向において前記造影部と重ならないように設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカテーテル組立体。 - 前記アウタ管部は、前記アウタ開口の位置又は隣接した位置に、前記アウタ管部と前記アウタシャフト部とを連結するためのものであって、当該アウタシャフト部の金属領域と溶接される金属領域を有し、当該溶接を通じて当該アウタシャフト部を前記アウタ管部に連結させるジョイント部を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカテーテル組立体。
- 前記インナ部材と前記アウタ部材との軸線方向の相対位置が予め定められた初期位置となっている場合に、前記インナ開口が前記アウタ開口よりも遠位端側の位置となるようにそれら開口が形成されており、
さらに、前記インナ部材は、前記インナ開口の位置又は隣接した位置に造影部を備えており、
前記ジョイント部は、軸線方向において前記造影部と重ならないようにその長さ寸法が設定されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のカテーテル組立体。 - 前記インナ部材と前記アウタ部材との軸線方向の相対位置が予め定められた初期位置となっている場合に、前記インナ開口が前記アウタ開口よりも遠位端側の位置となるようにそれら開口が形成されており、
前記インナシャフト部は、前記相対位置が前記初期位置である場合において軸線方向に前記ジョイント部と重なる位置に当該インナシャフト部の剛性を近位端側に比べて低下させる剛性低下構造を備えていることを特徴とする請求項3又は4に記載のカテーテル組立体。 - 前記ジョイント部は軸線周りに筒状をなすように形成されているとともに、その近位端側の開口面が軸線に対して傾斜させて形成されており、
前記アウタシャフト部はその遠位端部に先細り部を有しているとともに、当該先細り部は、軸線を挟んだ一方の側を他方の側へと潰すようにして形成されていることで、軸線方向の全体に亘ってそれよりも近位端側の部分と面一となる部分を含むとともに当該近位端側の部分に比べて幅広となった幅広面と、遠位端側に向けて除々に幅広面との距離を狭めるように傾斜した傾斜面と、を有しており、
前記幅広面が前記ジョイント部の近位端側の開口及びその付近を規定する管壁の内周面であって当該開口の近位端部と同一直線上となる部分に対して内側から当たるように配置されていることで、前記アウタシャフト部の軸線方向が前記アウタ管部の軸線方向となる構成であるとともに、その当てた箇所において前記ジョイント部と前記アウタシャフト部との溶接が行われていることを特徴とする請求項3乃至5のいずれか1に記載のカテーテル組立体。
