Abstract
Description
Claims (11)
- 血液が流れる対象組織を含むビーム走査領域に対して超音波を送受波することにより得られた受信信号に基づいて、前記対象組織の断層画像を形成する断層画像形成部と、
前記断層画像を解析することにより、前記対象組織における基準部位を抽出する断層画像解析部と、
前記基準部位に基づいて、前記対象組織内の前記基準部位とは異なる位置における血流運動を計測するためのドプラ計測位置を特定する位置特定部と、
前記ドプラ計測位置に対して超音波を送受波することにより得られた受信信号に基づいて、前記ドプラ計測位置における血流運動を示すドプラ波形を形成するドプラ波形形成手段と、
を備えることを特徴とする超音波診断装置。 - 前記受信信号に基づいて、前記対象組織内の血流の空間的な速度分布を表す血流情報を生成する血流情報生成部と、
をさらに含み、
前記位置特定部は、前記基準部位及び前記血流情報に基づいて、前記ドプラ計測位置を特定する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の超音波診断装置。 - 前記断層画像解析部は、前記基準部位に基づいて解析範囲を画定し、
前記位置特定部は、前記血流の空間的な速度分布における前記解析範囲内の速度分布部分に基づいて、前記ドプラ計測位置を特定する、
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の超音波診断装置。 - 前記位置特定部は、前記解析範囲のうち、血流速度が最も大きい位置に基づいて前記ドプラ計測位置を特定する、
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の超音波診断装置。 - 前記位置特定部は、前記基準部位、及び、前記対象組織の拍動周期において選択された特定時相の血流情報に基づいて、前記ドプラ計測位置を特定する、
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の超音波診断装置。 - 前記特定時相は、前記ドプラ計測位置において特定方向の血流が発現する時相である、
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の超音波診断装置。 - 前記対象組織は心臓であり、
前記基準部位は前記心臓の弁輪部である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の超音波診断装置。 - 前記対象組織は心臓であり、
前記基準部位は前記心臓の心腔の輪郭である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の超音波診断装置。 - 前記位置特定部は、前記基準部位に基づいて前記対象組織内に複数のドプラ計測位置を特定する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の超音波診断装置。 - 前記位置特定部は、前記基準部位に基づいて前記対象組織内に血流の複数の流れ方向に応じて複数のドプラ計測位置を特定する、
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の超音波診断装置。 - 前記複数のドプラ計測位置からドプラ波形の表示対象となる特定のドプラ計測位置を選択する計測位置選択部、
をさらに備える、
ことを特徴とする請求項9又は10に記載の超音波診断装置。
