Description
該圧縮面は、中央部に曲率半径R1を有する球面及び周縁部にR1より小さい曲率半径R2を有する曲面を有し、
該中央部と該周縁部の境界は、圧縮面の外周と同心円を形成し、
該中央部の直径は、錠径の80〜85%である、錠剤を提供する。
(工程1)打錠杵の構造力学解析を行い、杵先に発生する反力解を得る。図2は工程1の操作を概念的に示した説明図である。
(工程2)工程1の結果より、錠剤のヤング率を算出し、錠剤の仮想強度試験を行う。図3は工程2の操作を概念的に示した説明図である。
(工程3)単純Rにおける、錠剤の仮想強度試験と実験値の相関関係より、二段Rの強度を予測する。図4は工程3の操作を概念的に示した説明図である。

Claims (5)
- 上面及び底面として異形球面状である圧縮面及びその間に円柱状である縁部を有する乾燥酵母を90質量%以上含有する錠剤であって、
該圧縮面は、中央部に曲率半径R1を有する球面及び周縁部にR1より小さい曲率半径R2を有する曲面を有し、
該中央部と該周縁部の境界は、圧縮面の外周と同心円を形成し、
該中央部の直径は、錠径の80〜85%であり、
R1が13〜20mmであり、かつ、R2が0.5〜2mmである、錠剤。 - R1が17〜20mmであり、かつ、R2が0.5〜1.5mmである請求項1に記載の錠剤。
- 錠剤硬度が6kgf以上である請求項1又は2に記載の錠剤。
- 質量が200〜300mgである請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の錠剤。
- 錠径が6.0〜9.0mmであり、錠厚が4.0〜6.0mmである請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の錠剤。
