Description
第1入出力端子および第2入出力端子を備え、無線信号を処理する無線ICと、
前記無線ICの前記第1入出力端子に接続された第1インダクタパターンを備え、下面に前記第1入出力端子に前記第1インダクタパターンを介して接続された第1電極と前記第2入出力端子に接続された第2電極とを有する第1基板と、
一端が前記第1電極、他端が前記第2電極にそれぞれ接続された第2インダクタパターンを有する第2基板と、
容量と、
を備えたHF帯無線通信デバイスであって、
直列接続されている第1のインダクタパターンと第2のインダクタパターンとに対して前記容量が並列接続される事により、共振回路が構成されており、
前記第1インダクタパターンは、そのL値が前記第2インダクタパターンのL値よりも大きく、かつ、前記共振回路の共振周波数は第1インダクタパターンのL値が支配的であると共に、前記HF帯無線通信デバイスの共振周波数であり、
前記第2インダクタパターンは、その巻径が前記第1インダクタパターンの巻径よりも大きく、かつ、第2インダクタパターンが主たる放射素子として機能すること、
を特徴とする。
第1実施例である無線通信デバイス1は、HF帯RFIDシステムを構成するものであり、図1及び図2に示すように、無線信号を処理する無線IC10と、無線IC10に接続された第1インダクタパターン21を有する第1基板20と、第1インダクタパターン21に直列接続された第2インダクタパターン31を有する第2基板30と、を備えている。
図4に前記無線通信デバイス1を搭載したプリント配線板40を示す。このプリント配線板40は、携帯電話などの移動体通信端末に搭載されるもので、無線通信デバイス1はプリント配線板40の隅部に実装されている。プリント配線板40には、それ以外に、スイッチングモジュール41、IC42、チップ抵抗やチップコンデンサなどの素子43が実装されている。
第2実施例である無線通信デバイス2は、図5に示すように、無線IC10と第1基板20の構成は前記第1実施例と同様であるが、第2基板50を比較的大きな面積とし、この第2基板50上にほぼ同面積で設けた導体パターン51の一部を第2インダクタパターン53としたもので、第2インダクタパターン53は1層で形成されている。なお、第2基板50はリジッド又はフレキシブルのいずれであってもよい。
なお、本発明に係るHF帯無線通信デバイスは前記実施例に限定するものではなく、その要旨の範囲内で種々に変更することができる。

Claims (3)
- 第1入出力端子および第2入出力端子を備え、無線信号を処理する無線ICと、
前記無線ICの前記第1入出力端子に接続された第1インダクタパターンを備え、下面に前記第1入出力端子に前記第1インダクタパターンを介して接続された第1電極と前記第2入出力端子に接続された第2電極とを有する第1基板と、
一端が前記第1電極、他端が前記第2電極にそれぞれ接続された第2インダクタパターンを有する第2基板と、
容量と、
を備えたHF帯無線通信デバイスであって、
直列接続されている第1のインダクタパターンと第2のインダクタパターンとに対して前記容量が並列接続される事により、共振回路が構成されており、
前記第1インダクタパターンは、そのL値が前記第2インダクタパターンのL値よりも大きく、かつ、前記共振回路の共振周波数は第1インダクタパターンのL値が支配的であると共に、前記HF帯無線通信デバイスの共振周波数であり、
前記第2インダクタパターンは、その巻径が前記第1インダクタパターンの巻径よりも大きく、かつ、第2インダクタパターンが主たる放射素子として機能すること、
を特徴とするHF帯無線通信デバイス。 - 前記第1インダクタパターンと前記第2インダクタパターンとは磁気的に同相で結合していること、を特徴とする請求項1に記載のHF帯無線通信デバイス。
- 前記第1基板はリジッド基板であり、前記第2基板はフレキシブル基板であること、を特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載のHF帯無線通信デバイス。
