次に、図2および図3を参照して、本発明の好適な第1実施形態に係る給電コイルユニットL100の構成について詳細に説明する。図2は、本発明の第1実施形態に係る給電コイルユニットを上面から見た模式構成図である。図3は、図2におけるI−I線に沿う給電コイルユニットの模式切断部端面図である。
次に、図4を参照して、本発明の第2実施形態に係る給電コイルユニットL200の構成について詳細に説明する。図4は、図3に示した本発明の第1実施形態に係る給電コイルユニットの図2におけるI−I線に沿う模式切断部端面図に相当する、本発明の第2実施形態に係る給電コイルユニットの模式切断部端面図である。
次に、図5〜図7を参照して、本発明の第3実施形態に係る給電コイルユニットL300の構成について詳細に説明する。図5は、本発明の第3実施形態に係る給電コイルユニットを上面から見た模式構成図である。図6は、図5におけるII−II線に沿う給電コイルユニットの模式切断部端面図である。図7は、本発明の第3実施形態に係る給電コイルユニットにおける信号発生器、異物検知装置、及び異物検知システムのシステム構成図である。
複数の共振器R1U,R1Dの数に応じて異物検知システムS100が構成されていればよい。
Claims (4)
- 給電側から受電側への非接触電力伝送に用いられるコイルユニットであって、
電力伝送用コイルと、
異物検知装置と、を備え、
前記異物検知装置は、共振コイルと共振キャパシタを有する複数の共振器と、前記複数の共振器を励磁させる励磁コイルと、を有し、
前記複数の共振器は、少なくとも前記電力伝送用コイルが発生する磁束に鎖交する領域を覆うように行列配置されるとともに、
列方向または行方向に隣接配置される前記複数の共振器は、給電側から受電側に向かう方向から見て互いに重なり合わず、且つ、前記励磁コイルとの距離がそれぞれ異なるように層状に配置されていることを特徴とするコイルユニット。 - 列方向または行方向に隣接配置される前記複数の共振器は、各共振器の前記共振コイルの軸が前記励磁コイルの軸に対して互いに反対方向に傾斜していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコイルユニット。
- 前記異物検知装置は、複数の検出コイルをさらに備え、
前記複数の検出コイルは、それぞれ前記複数の共振器の各共振器と磁気結合するように配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のコイルユニット。 - 給電装置と、
受電装置と、を備え、
前記給電装置および前記受電装置のいずれか一方が請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のコイルユニットを備えることを特徴とする非接触電力伝送装置。
