Description
上記無機粉体は、酸化亜鉛、酸化チタン、酸化鉄及び酸化セリウムからなる群より選択される少なくとも一種であることが好ましい。
本発明は、撥水性有機化合物で表面処理を施した無機粉体を分散媒に分散する工程(1)、及び、Si源化合物及び/又はAl源化合物で表面処理を施す工程(2)を含むことを特徴とする上記複合粉体の製造方法でもある。
本発明は、撥水性有機化合物で表面処理を施した無機粉体を水に分散する工程(1)、及び、Si源化合物及び/又はAl源化合物で表面処理を施す工程(2)を含むことを特徴とする上記複合粉体の製造方法でもある。
本発明は、上述した複合粉体を含有することを特徴とする化粧料でもある。
NHLB=(E+P)/5
(NHLB:HLB値、E:ポリオキシエチレン部の分散剤分子全体に対する重量%、P:多価アルコール部の分散剤分子全体に対する重量%)
(実施例1)
純水500mLにポリエーテル変性シリコーン(KF−6011:信越化学工業製:HLB 14.5)を20g入れ、更にハイドロゲンジメチコン4%で処理された酸化亜鉛(FINEX−50S−LP2)100gを加えて、混合分散させた。この分散液にケイ酸Na水溶液(SiO2:403.9g/L、Na2O:130.7g/L)を27.5ml(SiO2量として11.1g、処理後の粉体全体の10重量%)添加し、20分以上撹拌した。その後、液温を70℃にする。希硫酸を一定量滴下して中和を行なった。この中和の際にpH8.5以上での状態が90分以上であるように硫酸滴下量を調整し、pH6.5±0.5まで中和を行なった。中和終了後、液温70℃のまま、1時間熟成した。その後、濾過、水洗した。得られた水洗ケーキを乾燥して、複合粉体1を得た。
ハイドロゲンジメチコン4%で処理された酸化亜鉛(FINEX−50S−LP2)をハイドロゲンジメチコン7%で処理された酸化亜鉛(FINEX−50−LPT:堺化学工業製)に変えた以外は、実施例1と同様にして複合粉体2を得た。
純水500mLにポリエーテル変性シリコーン(KF−6011:信越化学工業製:HLB 14.5)を20g入れ、更にハイドロゲンジメチコン7%で処理された酸化亜鉛(FINEX−50−LPT)100gを加えて、撹拌し分散させた。この分散液を70℃まで加温した後、別の容器にケイ酸Na水溶液27.5ml(液中のSiO2量が11.1gであり、処理後の粉体全体の10重量%)と希硫酸をそれぞれ用意し、上記の分散液にそれぞれを滴下した。この滴下の際に、pHが5.5〜7.5の幅で一定になるように滴下量を調整し、また滴下終了時間が2時間後になるように調整した。滴下終了後、液温70℃維持したまま、熟成を1時間行なった。その後、濾過、水洗を行ない、得られた水洗ケーキを乾燥して、複合粉体3を得た。
ケイ酸Na水溶液の量を13.1ml(液中のSiO2量が5.3gであり、処理後の粉体全体の5重量%)とした以外は、実施例3と同様にして複合粉体4を得た。
ハイドロゲンジメチコン7%で処理された酸化亜鉛(FINEX−50−LPT)をハイドロゲンジメチコン12%で処理された酸化亜鉛(一次粒子径20nm)に変えた以外は、実施例3と同様にして複合粉体5を得た。
ハイドロゲンジメチコン8%で処理された酸化亜鉛(FINEX−50−LPT)をチタンカップリング剤(プレンアクトKR TTS:味の素ファインテクノ製)4%で処理された酸化亜鉛(一次粒子径20nm)に変えた以外は、実施例3と同様にして複合粉体6を得た。
ハイドロゲンジメチコン8%で処理された酸化亜鉛(FINEX−50−LPT)をカプリリルシラン(AES−3083:信越化学工業製)4%で処理された酸化亜鉛(一次粒子径20nm)に変えた以外は、実施例3と同様にして複合粉体7を得た。
ハイドロゲンジメチコン4重量%で処理された酸化亜鉛(FINEX−50S−LP2)30gにテトラエチルシラン5.5g(SiO2量として1.6gであり、処理後の粉体全体の5重量%)とイソプロパノール30mlを添加しよく混合した。そこにアンモニア水を数滴添加し、さらに混合した。混合物を120℃で乾燥した後に、複合粉体8を得た。
テトラエチルシランの量を7.8g(SiO2量として2.3gであり、処理後の粉体全体の7重量%)とした以外は、実施例8と同様にして複合粉体9を得た。
純水500mLにポリエーテル変性シリコーン(KF−6011:信越化学工業製:HLB 14.5)を20g入れ、更に水酸化アルミニウム7%、ハイドロゲンジメチコン4%で処理された酸化チタン(STR−100C−LP:堺化学工業製)100gを加えて、混合分散させた。この分散液にケイ酸ナトリウム(SiO2:403.9g/L、Na2O:130.7g/L)を27.5ml(SiO2量として11.1g、処理後の粉体全体の10重量%)添加し、20分以上撹拌した。その後、液温を70℃にする。希硫酸を一定量滴下して中和を行なった。この中和の際にpH8.5以上での状態が90分以上であるように硫酸滴下量を調整し、pH6.5±0.5まで中和を行なった。中和終了後、液温70℃のまま、1時間熟成した。その後、濾過、水洗した。得られた水洗ケーキを乾燥して、複合粉体10を得た。
ケイ酸Na水溶液の量を5.0ml(液中のSiO2量が2.0gであり、処理後の粉体全体の2重量%)とした以外は、実施例1と同様にして複合粉体11を得た。
純水500mLに撥水性有機化合物による被覆を行っていない酸化亜鉛(FINEX−50:一次粒子径20nm)100gを加えて分散させた。この分散液にケイ酸Na水溶液(SiO2:403.9g/L、Na2O:130.7g/L)を27.5ml(SiO2量として11.1g)投入し、20分以上撹拌した。その後、液温を70℃とし、希硫酸を一定量滴下して中和を行なった。この中和の際にpH8.5以上での状態が90分以上であるように硫酸滴下量を調整し、pH6.5±0.5まで中和を行ない、中和終了後に液温70℃のまま1時間熟成した。その後、濾過、水洗し、得られた水洗ケーキを乾燥して複合粉体12を得た。
ケイ酸Na水溶液の量を61.9ml(SiO2量として25g、処理後の粉体全体に対して20重量%)とした以外は、比較例2と同様にして複合粉体13を得た。
一次粒子径20nmの微粒子酸化亜鉛(FINEX−50)を粉体14とした。
Claims (7)
- 無機粉体表面に撥水性有機化合物からなる第一の被覆層及び前記第一の被覆層上に形成されたケイ素酸化物、ケイ素酸化物の水和物、アルミニウムの酸化物及びアルミニウムの水酸化物からなる群から選択される少なくとも1の化合物からなる第二の被覆層を形成したものであり、
撥水性有機化合物は、シリコーンオイル、アルキルシラン、アルキルチタネート、アルキルアルミネート、金属石鹸、アミノ酸、及び、アミノ酸塩からなる群より選択される少なくとも一種である
ことを特徴とする複合粉体。 - 水中に分散させ、2週間60℃で静置した時のpHが6〜8である請求項1に記載の複合粉体。
- 無機粉体は、紫外線遮蔽効果を有する無機粉体である請求項1又は2記載の複合粉体。
- 無機粉体は、酸化亜鉛、酸化チタン、酸化鉄及び酸化セリウムからなる群より選択される少なくとも一種である請求項3記載の複合粉体。
- 撥水性有機化合物で表面処理を施した無機粉体を分散媒に分散する工程(1)、及び、Si源化合物及び/又はAl源化合物で表面処理を施す工程(2)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1、2、3又は4記載の複合粉体の製造方法。
- 撥水性有機化合物で表面処理を施した無機粉体を水に分散する工程(1)、及び、Si源化合物及び/又はAl源化合物で表面処理を施す工程(2)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1、2、3又は4記載の複合粉体の製造方法。
- 請求項1,2,3又は4記載の複合粉体を含有することを特徴とする化粧料。
