Description
Claims (3)
- 試験体を熱板と冷却板との間に配置して、前記熱板から前記冷却板に向かう厚さ方向における前記試験体の熱伝導率λtを測定する方法であって、
前記試験体の中央から外周端又は前記外周端から前記中央に向かう幅方向における熱流量を変化させる測定条件を含む変数を決定すること、
前記変数と、下記式(I)で示される見かけ熱伝導率λaとの相関関係を求めること、及び
前記相関関係に基づき、前記試験体の前記熱伝導率λtを求めること、
を含む
ことを特徴とする熱伝導率測定方法。
(式(I)において、Qmは前記熱板からの熱流量であり、dは前記試験体の厚さであり、Δθtは前記厚さ方向における温度勾配であり、Sは前記厚さ方向における前記試験体の伝熱面積である。) - 前記変数に含まれる前記測定条件は、前記幅方向における温度勾配Δθw、前記厚さd及び前記伝熱面積Sからなる群より選択される1つ以上である
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載された熱伝導率測定方法。 - 試験体の一方側及び他方側にそれぞれ配置される熱板及び冷却板を備え、請求項2に記載の熱伝導率測定方法に使用される熱伝導率測定装置であって、
前記試験体の中央から外周端又は前記外周端から前記中央に向かう幅方向における温度分布を測定して前記幅方向における温度勾配Δθwを得るためのセンサーをさらに備えた
ことを特徴とする熱伝導率測定装置。
