Claims (5)
- シリコンと酸化シリコンの焼成物を主成分とする負極活物質において、アルゴンレーザーラマンスペクトルにおける950±30cm−1(A)のピークAと480±30cm−1(B)のピークBを有し、その強度比(B/A)が3.5〜5.9であり、前記ピークAは、シリコンと、シリコンに架橋している酸素との間の結合に対応するピークであり、前記ピークBは、酸素の結合状態に対して変化しないアモルファスシリコンを表すピークであることを特徴とする負極活物質。
- アルゴンレーザーラマンスペクトルにおける1050±30cm−1(C)、1100±30cm−1(D)、1170±30cm−1(E)の波数に少なくとも一つのピークを持つ請求項1に記載の負極活物質。
- アルゴンレーザーラマンスペクトルにおける950±30cm−1(A)、1050±30cm−1(C)、1100±30cm−1(D)、1170±30cm−1(E)の波数の内、最も高い強度をもつピークが前記950±30cm−1(A)のピークAである請求項1〜2のいずれかに記載の負極活物質。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の負極活物質を含むことを特徴とする負極。
- 請求項4に記載の負極を用いることを特徴とするリチウムイオン二次電池。
