Description
すなわち、本発明にかかる噴出ノズル管用穿孔具1は、合成樹脂素材により製造されたノズル管本体20に噴出孔26を形成するための穿孔具であって、所要長さ・太さを有する棒状体10により構成されている。
なお、本発明において使用するノズル管本体20は、合成樹脂素材、例えばLDPE(低密度ポリエチレン)やHDPE(高密度ポリエチレン)、フッ素樹脂、ナイロン、ポリプロピレン、PEEK(ポリエーテルエーテルケトン)等により製造されている。

Claims (3)
- 合成樹脂素材により製造されたノズル管本体に噴出孔を形成するための穿孔具であって、
硬質素材から成る所要長さの棒状体の先端に、尖った円錐形若しくは多角錐形の針先が成形されると共に、該針先と逆方向に延伸する所要長さの返し部が備えられて成り、
該棒状体と返し部との接点の角度が、鋭角であることを特徴とする噴出ノズル管用穿孔具。 - 前記棒状体が、金属素材から成ることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の噴出ノズル管用穿孔具。
- 前記請求項1乃至2のいずれかに記載の噴出ノズル管用穿孔具を用いてノズル管本体に噴出孔を形成するための方法であって、
ノズル管本体の外面から噴出ノズル管用穿孔具の針先を突き刺し、返し部の全体がノズル管本体の中空路内に位置するまで刺し込む刺込工程と、
前記刺込工程において噴出ノズル管用穿孔具を刺し込むことでできたバリを返し部で引掻きつつ、該噴出ノズル管用穿孔具をノズル管本体から引き抜く引抜工程と、
から成ることを特徴とする噴出ノズル管の噴出孔形成方法。
