Claims (16)
- 首にかけるための首コードに関する機械的なヒューズであって、
破壊平面と前記破壊平面のいずれかの側に第1及び第2の結合手段とを含む破裂要素であって、前記第1及び第2の結合手段が、前記首コードに接続するよう構成され、前記破裂要素は、所定の方向において前記破裂要素に作用する牽引力が所定のヒューズ力を上回るとき、前記破壊平面で破損するよう構成される、破裂要素と、
前記破裂要素に結合される筐体であって、前記筐体が、前記所定の方向に対して前記牽引力が前記破裂要素を曲げることを防止するため、前記破壊平面のいずれかの側で前記破裂要素と係合するよう構成され、前記筐体が、開口を持ち、前記首コードが、前記開口を通って前記第1及び第2の結合手段に接続可能であり、前記破裂要素は、前記所定の方向において前記筐体の前記開口を通って移動可能である、筐体とを有する、機械的なヒューズ。 - 前記所定の方向が、前記第1及び第2の結合手段を通る直線の方向に平行である、請求項1に記載の機械的なヒューズ。
- 前記破裂要素が、第1の部分及び第2の部分において破損するよう構成され、破損後、前記第1及び第2の部分が前記筐体から離れるよう反対方向にスライドすることを前記牽引力がもたらし、前記首コードが開かれる、請求項1又は2に記載の機械的なヒューズ。
- 前記破裂要素が、第1の部分及び第2の部分において破損するよう構成され、破損後、前記第1の部分は、前記筐体に対して移動可能であり、前記筐体が、前記第2の部分に付くよう構成され、破損後、前記第1の部分が前記筐体から離れるよう前記所定の方向にスライドすることを前記牽引力がもたらし、前記首コードが開かれ、前記第2の部分は、前記筐体を保持する、請求項1又は2に記載の機械的なヒューズ。
- 前記第2の部分及び前記筐体が、前記第2の部分に対して前記筐体を固定するよう構成されるクランプ手段を有する、請求項4に記載の機械的なヒューズ。
- 前記第2の部分及び前記筐体が、互いに対してスナップフィット結合するよう構成される、請求項5に記載の機械的なヒューズ。
- 前記第2の部分及び前記筐体が、摩擦結合を持つよう構成される、請求項4に記載の機械的なヒューズ。
- 前記筐体が、前記破裂要素を含むよう構成される、請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の機械的なヒューズ。
- 前記筐体及び前記破裂要素が、嵌合円筒形状を持つ、請求項8に記載の機械的なヒューズ。
- 前記嵌合形状が、前記第2の結合手段に対する前記第1の結合手段の回転を防止するよう構成される、請求項9に記載の機械的なヒューズ。
- 前記所定のヒューズ力が、30〜100Nの範囲である、請求項1乃至10のいずれか一項に記載の機械的なヒューズ。
- 前記所定のヒューズ力が、40〜50Nの範囲である、請求項11に記載の機械的なヒューズ。
- 前記破裂要素が、POM又はPBTから作られる、請求項1乃至12のいずれか一項に記載の機械的なヒューズ。
- 請求項1乃至13のいずれか一項に記載の機械的なヒューズを有する、首にかけるための首コード。
- 2つの端部部分を持つ、首にかけるための首コードに対して請求項9に記載の機械的なヒューズを接続する方法において、
前記筐体の開口端部を通り前記首コード端部部分の1つを配置するステップと、
前記第1及び第2の結合手段に対して前記首コード端部部分を結合するステップと、
前記筐体が前記破壊平面のいずれかの側で前記破裂要素と係合するよう、前記破裂要素の上に前記筐体を動かすステップとを有する、方法。 - 前記筐体に対して前記破裂要素の前記第2の部分を接着又は結合するステップを更に有する、請求項15に記載の機械的なヒューズを接続する方法。
