Claims (13)
- バッテリアレイを含むバッテリモジュールにおいて、
前記バッテリアレイは、複数のバッテリセルを含み、前記バッテリセルの各々は六面体で、電極端子が露出する第1端部の端子面と、前記第1端部に対向する第2端部の底面と、前記第1端部と第2端部との間に延びた一対の幅広側面及び一対の幅狭側面とを含むが、前記複数のバッテリセルの第1および第2バッテリセルの底面は、互いに向かい合っており、
前記複数のバッテリセルの少なくとも1つの第1バッテリセルは、積層方向において他の第1バッテリセルと積層されるが、前記第1バッテリセルの幅広側面は、互いに向かい合って配置され、
前記複数のバッテリセルの少なくとも1つの第2バッテリセルは、積層方向において他の第2バッテリセルと積層されるが、前記第2バッテリセルの幅広側面は、互いに向かい合って配置され、
前記少なくとも1つの第1バッテリセルと第2バッテリセルの底面は、互いに向かい合って配置され、
前記バッテリモジュールは、最上段の前記第1バッテリセル及び前記第2バッテリセルの幅広側面に隣接する第1固定部材、並びに最下段の前記第1バッテリセル及び前記第2バッテリセルの幅広側面に隣接する第2固定部材をさらに含み、
前記第1固定部材および第2固定部材の少なくとも1つは、複数のバーを含むことを特徴とするバッテリモジュール。 - 前記バッテリセルの第1端部に隣接してバッテリアレイの対向する外側端部に位置し、電極端子を露出させる電極ホールを備えたエンドプレートと、前記エンドプレートを連結させる少なくとも1つの固定部材とをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリモジュール。
- 積層方向における前記バッテリアレイの高さは、第1端部と第2端部との間で延びる方向における複数のバッテリセルのいずれか1つのバッテリセルの高さより小さいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリモジュール。
- 互いに隣接して積層された複数のバッテリセルの間には、絶縁プレートをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリモジュール。
- 前記第1バッテリセルと第2バッテリセルの底面の間には、支持部材をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリモジュール。
- 前記第1バッテリセルと第2バッテリセルとの間に支持部材をさらに含み、前記支持部材は、前記第1固定部材と第2固定部材との間で固定されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリモジュール。
- 前記支持部材は、ねじ固定部を含み、前記第1および第2固定部材は、前記ねじ固定部に前記第1および第2固定部材を締結するための貫通ホールを備えることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のバッテリモジュール。
- 前記支持部材は、絶縁物質を含み、前記ねじ固定部は、金属層を含むことを特徴とする請求項7に記載のバッテリモジュール。
- 前記バッテリモジュールは、積層されたバッテリセルの前記幅狭側面に隣接した第3固定部材をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリモジュール。
- 前記第3固定部材の各々は、長手方向に沿って離隔して配置された複数の放熱ホールを含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載のバッテリモジュール。
- 前記バッテリセルの第1端部に隣接したバッテリアレイの互いに対向する外側端部には、エンドプレートがさらに備えられ、前記エンドプレートは、電極端子を露出する電極ホールをさらに含み、
前記バッテリセルの各々は、第1端部にベントをさらに含み、前記エンドプレートは、前記ベントに対応する位置上に排気ホールをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリモジュール。 - 前記バッテリモジュールは、電気自動車またはハイブリッド電気自動車のモータを駆動させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリモジュール。
- 前記バッテリモジュールは、少なくとも1つの他のバッテリモジュールと電気的に接続されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリモジュール。
