Description
Claims (15)
- 骨に大きさの異なる熱変形型固定構成要素を移植するためのキットであって、該キットは、
ハンドピースであって、放射束Фを放射することが可能なレーザー源及びレーザー源に接続され該ハンドピースの遠位端部に通じる第1の内部光導波路を有するハンドピースと、
2個以上の複数の導光チップであって、近位端部から遠位端部まで延びる第2の光導波路を有し、かつ前記近位端部は、前記ハンドピースの遠位端部に機械的にそして光学的に接続可能に構成されており、さらに前記遠位端部が、該遠位端部に取り付けられる着脱自在な前記熱変形型固定構成要素を有している複数の導光チップと、
を含むとともに、
該キットが、前記レーザー源から前記固定構成要素に向けて放射され、前記ハンドピースに接続された前記導光チップの形態によって決まる全放射エネルギーQを自動的に制御するための手段を備える、骨に大きさの異なる熱変形型固定構成要素を移植するためのキット。 - 前記全放射エネルギーQを自動的に制御するための手段は、前記レーザー源の操作を制御するように構成されたタイマーをさらに備える請求項1に記載のキット。
- 前記複数の導光チップの内の少なくとも1つは、該導光チップの遠位端部に取り付けられた骨固定構成要素を有する請求項1に記載のキット。
- 前記第1の内部光導波路が有色物質を含む請求項1に記載のキット。
- 前記ハンドピースが、一定時間tFを有するタイマーを備え、
前記レーザー源が、一定の放射束Ф1を放射するように構成され、かつ、
前記複数の導光チップの内の第1の導光チップが、前記ハンドピースから受け入れられる放射束Ф1を、前記固定構成要素に伝達される放射束Ф2<Ф1まで低減させるレーザー光吸収手段を備え、これにより、全放射エネルギーQ=Ф2tFが、前記レーザー源から、前記第1の内部光導波路および前記第2の光導波路を経て前記骨固定構成要素に放射される請求項1に記載のキット。 - 前記ハンドピースがタイマーを備え、
前記レーザー源が一定の放射束Ф1を有し、かつ、
前記複数の導光チップの内の第1の導光チップが、該第1の導光チップを前記ハンドピースに接続によりする際、前記タイマーが時間t v の間前記レーザー源を作動させて、前記第1の内部光導波路および前記第2の光導波路を経て前記固定構成要素に前記レーザー源から全放射エネルギーQ=Ф 1 t V が放射されるように制御する定値制御手段を含む請求項1に記載のキット。 - 選択された前記時間tVが、前記固定構成要素のサイズおよび前記固定構成要素の表面積の内の1つに対応する請求項6に記載のキット。
- 前記ハンドピースが、一定時間tFを有する前記レーザー源のためのタイマーを備え、
前記レーザー源が、可変的な放射束ФVを有し、かつ、
前記全放射エネルギーQを自動的に制御するための手段として、前記複数の導光チップの内の第1の導光チップが定値制御手段を備えており、
該第1の導光チップを前記ハンドピースに接続すると、マイクロプロセッサーが放射束ФVの大きさを制御し、かつ、前記第1の内部光導波路および前記第2の光導波路を経て前記固定構成要素に前記レーザー源から全放射エネルギーQ=Ф V t F が放射されるように制御するための一定時間tFを前記タイマーが備える請求項1に記載のキット。 - 選択された前記放射束ФVが、前記固定構成要素の容積および前記固定構成要素の表面積の内の1つに対応する請求項8に記載のキット。
- 前記導光チップの各々が、異なるサイズを有する骨固定構成要素接続され、かつ、前記骨固定構成要素のサイズに対応するように構成された定値制御手段に接続するように構成されているとともに、
該定値制御手段が、前記タイマーのための前記時間tVを定義し、前記マイクロプロセッサーが前記レーザー源の放射束ФVの大きさを制御する前記請求項8または9に記載のキット。 - 前記定値制御手段が、個数Mの電気的接点によって前記マイクロプロセッサーに電気的に接続可能であり、かつ、
前記定値制御手段が、前記時間tVおよび放射束ФVの大きさの内の1つを決定するコードを前記マイクロプロセッサーに伝達する請求項8〜10のいずれか一項に記載のキット。 - 前記コードは、前記定値制御手段の稼働状態の電気的接点の数Pであって、前記Mに等しいか小さいP、および、前記定値制御手段の稼働状態の電気的接点の位置の内の1つによって定義される請求項11に記載のキット。
- 前記第1の内部光導波路の一部が有色物質を含む請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載のキット。
- 導光チップであって、該導光チップは、
近位端部から遠位端部に延在する光導波路を備えており、
該導光チップの前記近位端部は、レーザー源を備えるハンドピースの遠位端に機械的にかつ光学的に取り外し自在に接続可能であり、さらに、該導光チップの前記遠位端部は、骨固定構成要素が、該導光チップの前記遠位端部に取り外し自在に接続されることを許容するように構成されているとともに、
該導光チップは、前記ハンドピースの前記レーザー源から、該導光チップを介して前記骨固定構成要素に向けて放射される全放射エネルギーQを制御するように規定された定値制御手段を備える導光チップ。 - 遠位端部が導光チップに接続されるように構成された、近位端部から遠位端部まで延びるハンドピースであって、該ハンドピースは、
レーザー源と、
内部光導波路であって、該レーザー源に接続され、かつ、前記ハンドピースの前記遠位端部に向けて開口した内部光導波路と、
タイマーであって、前記レーザー源の稼働を制御するように構成されたタイマーと、および
トリガーボタンであって、前記タイマーを作動させ、かつ、前記レーザー源を起動するように構成されたトリガーボタンと
を備える請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載のキットに用いるためのハンドピース。
