Description
図1に示すごとく、本実施形態の検体濃縮容器1は、例えば、生体試料などの検体と抽出液とからなる混合液を収容し、その内部でこの混合液の濃縮が行われる容器である。検体濃縮容器1は、上面開口部(第1開口部)3を有した容器本体2と、この容器本体2の上面開口部3に開閉自在に設けた蓋4とを備えている。図1は本発明の実施形態に係る検体濃縮容器1の要部構成を示す断面図である。
なお、本実施の形態に係る検体濃縮容器1の容器本体2は、上述したようにテーパー形状部分に続いて、有底筒状の検体濃縮部6が形成される構成であった。しかしながら、検体蓋8による検体濃縮部6の上面開口部7の密閉度を高めるために、上面開口部7近傍のテーパー形状部分が、図6に示すように検体蓋8外形に沿うように弧形状に凹んだ形状となっていてもよい。図6は、本発明の実施形態の変形例に係る検体濃縮容器1の断面図である。図6では、検体濃縮部6の上面開口部7近傍における本体容器2の断面形状を示している。

Claims (12)
- 減圧下において遠心機によって回転させることで、その内部で検体を含む混合液の濃縮が行われる検体濃縮容器であって、
上面に第1開口部を有する管形状の容器本体と、
前記容器本体内と連通するための第2開口部を有し、該容器本体の底部側に形成された、濃縮後の前記混合液を収容する検体濃縮部と、
前記容器本体内に配置された前記第2開口部を覆うための検体蓋と、
を備え、
前記第2開口部の内径は、前記容器本体の内径よりも小さくなっており、
前記検体濃縮部は、上部に前記第2開口部が形成された有底筒状であって、
前記検体蓋は、前記第2開口部の直径よりも大きな直径を有する球状であるとともに、前記混合液上に浮く物質によって構成されている、
検体濃縮容器。 - 前記検体蓋は、前記混合液の濃縮時において、該混合液の液面が前記検体濃縮部の前記第2開口部よりも低下したとき、該第2開口部を覆う、
請求項1に記載の検体濃縮容器。 - 減圧下において遠心機によって回転させることで、その内部で検体を含む混合液の濃縮が行われる検体濃縮容器であって、
上面が開口した容器本体と、
この容器本体の上面開口部に開閉自在に設けた蓋と、
を備え、
前記容器本体は、その内部底面部に、上面が開口し、その内径が、前記容器本体の内径よりも小さなコップ状の検体濃縮部を設けるとともに、
この検体濃縮部の上面開口部上に、この検体濃縮部の上面開口部の直径よりも大きな直径を有する球状の検体蓋を可動自在に配置した、
検体濃縮容器。 - 前記検体蓋が、合成樹脂により構成される、
請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載の検体濃縮容器。 - 前記検体蓋が、ポリプロピレン樹脂により構成される、

請求項1〜5のいずれか一つに記載の検体濃縮容器。 - 前記検体蓋は、前記混合液の濃縮時において、該混合液の液面が前記検体濃縮部の前記第2開口部よりも低下したとき、該第2開口部近傍で前記容器本体と面接触して、この第2開口部を覆う、
請求項2に記載の検体濃縮容器。 - 前記検体蓋は、その内部に中空部分を含む、
請求項7に記載の検体濃縮容器。 - 前記検体蓋は、球状の検体蓋本体から一方向に突出した棒形状の突出部を有しており、前記検体蓋本体の球面が下向きに、前記突出部が上向きになるように配置される、
請求項7に記載の検体濃縮容器。 - 前記突出部を含めた検体蓋の全長が、容器本体の内径よりも長くなる、
請求項9に記載の検体濃縮容器。 - 前記検体蓋は、前記第2開口部を塞ぐ面を含むとともに、前記突出部が形成されている検体蓋本体を有し、
少なくとも前記突出部の内部が中空となる、
請求項9に記載の検体濃縮容器。 - 請求項1〜11のいずれか一つに記載の検体濃縮容器を用いた検体濃縮方法であって、
前記検体濃縮容器内に、抽出液と検体との混合液を配置し、
減圧下において、前記検体濃縮容器を遠心機により回転させ、遠心力を発生させて混合液の濃縮を行う、
検体濃縮方法。
