Claims (17)

ノズルを、縦方向の厚さを有する冷凍食品の露出表面よりも低い深さまで挿入する工程を有し、前記ノズルは、閉鎖端部と、開放端部と、前記閉鎖端部と前記開放端部の間に配置された側面と、前記側面に設けられた複数の開口を有し、前記ノズルを挿入したとき、前記複数の開口は冷凍食品の前記露出表面よりも下に配置され、
更に、前記ノズルを移動させる必要なしに、ソースを、前記複数の開口から外方に向かって冷凍食品内に注入して、ソース堆積部を形成する工程と、を有するソース堆積方法。 - 前記複数の開口は、前記開放端部と流体連通し、前記開放端部は、加圧されたソースをノズルに送出するように構成されたソース送出装置に連結される、請求項1に記載のソース堆積方法。

- さらに、ソースの尾部を冷凍食品の露出表面上に残さないように、前記ノズルを冷凍食品から抜取る工程を有する、請求項1に記載のソース堆積方法。
- さらに、前記ソース堆積部を形成した後、前記ノズルを抜取る工程を有する、請求項1に記載のソース堆積方法。
- さらに、遮断装置を前記ノズルの上流側に設け、前記ノズルへの残流を停止又は減少させる工程と、前記ノズルを冷凍食品から抜取る工程とを有する、請求項1に記載のソース堆積方法。
- 冷凍食品のためのソース堆積方法であって、
a)冷凍食品を収容する複数のカップを準備する工程と、
b)複数のノズルを備えたソースインジェクタ又はソース注入ステーションを準備する工程と、を有し、前記複数のノズルの各々は、一方の端部に位置する閉鎖先端部と、加圧されたソースの供給源に連結され且つ前記供給源と流体連通する反対側の端部と、前記閉鎖先端部と前記反対側の端部の間に配置された側面と、前記側面に設けられた複数の開口と、を有し、
c)さらに、複数の前記カップを、加工ラインに沿ってソースインジェクタに搬送するコンベアを準備する工程と、
d)複数の前記ノズルを、複数の前記カップ内に収容された冷凍食品内に挿入する工程と、
e)複数の前記ノズルを移動させる必要なしに、ソースを前記複数のノズルの各々の複数の開口から冷凍食品内に注入して、ソースを前記複数のノズルの各々から横方向外方に堆積させ、ソース堆積部を形成する工程と、を有するソース堆積方法。 - ソースを、冷凍食品を収容するパッケージ内に注入する方法であって、
a)製品露出面及び縦方向厚さを有する冷凍食品の温度を決定する工程と、
b)ソースの温度を決定する工程と、
c)必要に応じて、冷凍食品及び/又はソースの温度を調節する工程と、
d)ノズルを備えたソースインジェクタを準備する工程と、を有し、前記ノズルは、一方の端部に位置する閉鎖先端部と、加圧されたソースの供給源に連結され且つ前記供給源と流体連通する反対側の端部と、前記閉鎖先端部と前記反対側の端部の間を延びる側面と、前記側面に設けられた複数の開口と、を有し、
e)さらに、前記ノズルを、前記複数の開口が冷凍食品表面よりも低くなるように冷凍食品表面よりも低い深さまで挿入する工程と、
f)前記ノズルを移動させる必要なしに、ソースを前記ノズルから前記複数の開口を通して横方向外方に堆積させるのに十分な圧力又は流量で、ソースを冷凍食品内に注入する工程と、
g)前記ノズルを抜取る工程と、
h)冷凍食品を収容するパッケージを、更なる加工及び/又はハンドリングのための経路に沿って移動させる工程と、を有する方法。 - 前記工程a)は、さらに、冷凍食品の粘性を決定する工程を有し、
前記工程b)は、さらに、ソースの粘性を決定する工程を有する、請求項16に記載の方法。
