Description
このようなコギングトルクを低減させるために、永久磁石の極数とスロット数を構造的に適切に組み合わせることでコギングトルクを低減させる技法が知られている。しかし、ハイブリッド自動車用圧縮機に使用される電動モーターの分野では、磁極とスロット数の最適の割合、あるいは、コギングトルク及びトルクリップルを低減させることができる構造及び設計などに関する具体的な研究成果は未だに多くない。
Claims (1)
- 円筒状に形成され、内部が軸方向に貫通され、その内周面には軸方向に平行に延長されて、内部にコイルが巻き取られる複数の巻線スロット(15)が形成される固定子(10)と、円筒状に形成され、前記固定子(10)の内部に同軸に設けられる回転子(40)とを備えて構成される電動モーター(100)が備えられる車両用電動圧縮機において、
前記回転子(40)には6個の永久磁石が軸方向に挿入され、前記回転子(40)の中心を貫通し、一つの永久磁石の両端に接する二つの直線がなす角は、48.7゜ないし51゜の範囲内にあり、前記巻線スロット(15)は、前記固定子(10)の内周面に沿って一定の間隔で27個備えられ、
前記固定子(10)の外周面には、コネクター(30)のボディーを固定させるための固定スロット(11)と冷媒流路となる複数の溝(13)とが形成され、前記固定スロット(11)は、所定の深さの窪みからなり、前記固定子(10)の中心方向に近づくにつれて窪みの幅が大きくなるように形成されることを特徴とする車両用電動圧縮機。
