Claims (5)
- それぞれ個別に制御可能な複数のノズル(4a〜4d)を備えた、動かすことが可能な複数のインクジェット印刷ヘッド(3a〜3d)と、
インクジェット印刷ヘッド(3a〜d)のための少なくとも1つの印刷位置(5a)および少なくとも1つの休止位置(5b〜5d)と、を備え、インクジェット印刷ヘッド(3a〜3d)は、各位置(5a〜5d)に移動可能である、表面を印刷する装置であって、
少なくとも1つの第1のインクジェット印刷ヘッド(3a)が、前記複数のノズル(4a)の並ぶ方向にリニア状であり、少なくとも1つの第2のインクジェット印刷ヘッド(3b〜3d)が、フック状又はカーブ状であるノズル配置構造(10a〜10d)を備えており、及び/又は、少なくとも1つの第1のインクジェット印刷ヘッド(3a)及び少なくとも1つの第2のインクジェット印刷ヘッド(3b〜3d)は、互いに異なるノズル配置構造(10a〜10d)を有し、ノズル配置構造(10a〜10d)は、それぞれノズル(4a〜4d)の数で異なっており、第1のインクジェット印刷ヘッド(3a)のノズル配置構造(10a)のノズル(4a)の数は、第2のインクジェット印刷ヘッド(3b)のノズル配置構造(10b)のノズル(4b)の数よりも少なく、
第1のモードでは、第1のインクジェット印刷ヘッド(3a)は、印刷位置(5a)に配置されていて、第2のインクジェット印刷ヘッド(3b〜3d)は、休止位置(5b〜5d)に配置されており、
第2のモードでは、第1のインクジェット印刷ヘッド(3a)は、休止位置(5b〜5d)に配置されていて、第2のインクジェット印刷ヘッド(3b〜3d)は、印刷位置(5a)に配置されていることを特徴とする、表面を印刷する装置。 - 少なくとも1つの第1のインクジェット印刷ヘッド(3a)および第2のインクジェット印刷ヘッド(3b〜3d)は、共通の搬送装置(6)に配置されており、該搬送装置(6)は、第1及び第2のインクジェット印刷ヘッド(3a〜3d)を、各位置(5a〜5d)に移動させる、請求項1記載の装置。
- 共通の搬送装置(6)は、回転装置(7)、または、循環走行するベルト(14)を備えた搬送装置である、請求項2記載の装置。
- 共通の搬送装置(6)は、ロボットアーム(9)に配置されている、請求項2または3記載の装置。
- 請求項1から4までいずれか1項記載の装置とロボットアームとから成るシステム。
