Description
Claims (9)
- ケーシングと、ケーシングと相対回転するロータ軸と、前記ロータ軸と一体化されたロータと、を備え、前記ケーシング内の前記ロータが収容される空間に冷却液が封入されたモータであって、
前記ケーシングの前記ロータと対向する対向面に凹部が設けられ、
前記ロータ軸を水平にした状態において、前記凹部が前記冷却液に浸かることを特徴とするモータ。 - 前記対向面の周方向に、複数の凹部が間欠的に設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のモータ。
- 前記凹部は、径方向長さよりも周方向長さの方が大きいことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のモータ。
- 前記凹部の周方向端面は軸方向に対して傾斜していることを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載のモータ。
- 前記凹部の径方向内側にロータ軸を支持する軸受が配置され、前記凹部と前記軸受とは径方向から見て重なることを特徴とする請求項2ないし4のいずれかに記載のモータ。
- 前記ケーシングの反負荷側の対向面および負荷側の対向面うち、ロータとの距離が小さい側の面に前記凹部が設けられることを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載のモータ。
- ケーシングと、ケーシングと相対回転するロータ軸と、を備え、前記ケーシング内に冷却液が封入されたモータであって、
前記ケーシングのロータと対向する対向面に凹部が設けられ、
前記ロータ軸を支持する軸受外輪とロータとの間の隙間が、前記ケーシングとロータとの間の隙間よりも小さいことを特徴とするモータ。 - 前記凹部の径方向内側に前記ロータ軸を支持する軸受が配置され、
前記ロータ軸を水平にした状態において、前記軸受の一部が前記冷却液に浸かることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のモータ。 - 前記ケーシングの対向面と前記ロータの端面との間の隙間が5mm以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のモータ。
