Description
請求項2に記載の発明は、前記正極タブの第2の曲げ部と前記ケースとは互いに絶縁されており、前記負極タブの第2の曲げ部と前記ケースとは互いに絶縁されていることを要旨とする。
請求項3に記載の発明は、前記正極タブ群のうち、前記第1の曲げ部において最も外周側に位置する正極タブの先端部は、前記正極タブ群のうちで前記第1の曲げ部における最も内周側に位置する正極タブを有する正極電極に対して接触しており、前記負極タブ群のうち、前記第1の曲げ部において最も外周側に位置する負極タブの先端部は、前記負極タブ群のうちで前記第1の曲げ部における最も内周側に位置する負極タブを有する負極電極に対して接触していることを要旨とする。
請求項4に記載の発明は、前記正極タブの第2の曲げ部は、前記正極タブ群のうち、前記第1の曲げ部において最も外周側に位置する正極タブの先端部が、前記正極タブの第1の曲げ部から前記正極タブの第2の曲げ部までの範囲の前記延在部と平行をなすように湾曲もしくは屈曲されており、前記負極タブの第2の曲げ部は、前記負極タブ群のうち、前記第1の曲げ部において最も外周側に位置する負極タブの先端部が、前記負極タブの第1の曲げ部から前記負極タブの第2の曲げ部までの範囲の前記延在部と平行をなすように湾曲もしくは屈曲されていることを要旨とする。
請求項5に記載の発明は、前記蓄電装置は二次電池であることを要旨とする。
Claims (5)
- 蓄電装置であって、
縁部に正極タブを有する少なくとも一つの正極電極と、
縁部に負極タブを有する少なくとも一つの負極電極と、
前記正極電極の前記正極タブを含まない箇所と前記負極電極の前記負極タブを含まない箇所の間にセパレータが介在され、前記正極電極と前記負極電極とを互いに絶縁した状態で、前記正極電極及び前記負極電極を交互に積層した構造を有する電極組立体と、
前記電極組立体との間で電気を授受する正極端子及び負極端子と、
前記電極組立体と前記正極端子とを電気的に接続する正極導電部材と、
前記電極組立体と前記負極端子とを電気的に接続する負極導電部材と、
前記電極組立体の縁部に設けられ、前記正極タブが前記電極組立体の積層方向に集められ、前記正極導電部材に対して接続された正極タブ群と、
前記電極組立体の縁部に設けられ、前記負極タブが前記電極組立体の積層方向に集められ、前記負極導電部材に対して接続された負極タブ群と、
前記正極導電部材、前記負極導電部材及び前記電極組立体を収容するケースとを備え、
前記正極タブ群は、前記正極電極の縁部から突出した前記正極タブが湾曲もしくは屈曲された第1の曲げ部と、前記第1の曲げ部から前記電極組立体の積層方向に延在する延在部とを有し、
前記負極タブ群は、前記負極電極の縁部から突出した前記負極タブが湾曲もしくは屈曲された第1の曲げ部と、前記第1の曲げ部から前記電極組立体の積層方向に延在する延在部とを有し、
前記正極タブ群の延在部は、前記正極導電部材に対して電気的に接続される接続部を有し、
前記負極タブ群の延在部は、前記負極導電部材に対して電気的に接続される接続部を有し、
前記正極タブ群のうち、前記第1の曲げ部において最も外周側に位置する正極タブは、前記正極タブ群の延在部の延在方向から前記電極組立体における正極タブを含まない箇所に近接する方向に先端部が湾曲もしくは屈曲された第2の曲げ部を有し、該先端部は、前記電極組立体の積層方向において、前記正極導電部材の両端部の間に位置し、
前記負極タブ群のうち、前記第1の曲げ部において最も外周側に位置する負極タブは、前記負極タブ群の延在部の延在方向から前記電極組立体における負極タブを含まない箇所に近接する方向に先端部が湾曲もしくは屈曲された第2の曲げ部を有し、該先端部は、前記電極組立体の積層方向において、前記負極導電部材の両端部の間に位置し、
前記正極タブの第2の曲げ部は、前記正極タブの第1の曲げ部の曲げ方向と同じ方向に湾曲もしくは屈曲されており、
前記負極タブの第2の曲げ部は、前記負極タブの第1の曲げ部の曲げ方向と同じ方向に湾曲もしくは屈曲されている、蓄電装置。 - 前記正極タブの第2の曲げ部と前記ケースとは互いに絶縁されており、前記負極タブの第2の曲げ部と前記ケースとは互いに絶縁されている、請求項1に記載の蓄電装置。
- 前記正極タブ群のうち、前記第1の曲げ部において最も外周側に位置する正極タブの先端部は、前記正極タブ群のうちで前記第1の曲げ部における最も内周側に位置する正極タブを有する正極電極に対して接触しており、
前記負極タブ群のうち、前記第1の曲げ部において最も外周側に位置する負極タブの先端部は、前記負極タブ群のうちで前記第1の曲げ部における最も内周側に位置する負極タブを有する負極電極に対して接触している、請求項1又は2に記載の蓄電装置。 - 前記正極タブの第2の曲げ部は、前記正極タブ群のうち、前記第1の曲げ部において最も外周側に位置する正極タブの先端部が、前記正極タブの第1の曲げ部から前記正極タブの第2の曲げ部までの範囲の前記延在部と平行をなすように湾曲もしくは屈曲されており、
前記負極タブの第2の曲げ部は、前記負極タブ群のうち、前記第1の曲げ部において最も外周側に位置する負極タブの先端部が、前記負極タブの第1の曲げ部から前記負極タブの第2の曲げ部までの範囲の前記延在部と平行をなすように湾曲もしくは屈曲されている、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の蓄電装置。 - 前記蓄電装置は二次電池である、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の蓄電装置。
