Description
完成したグリーンタイヤの内周面を目視で観察し、インナーライナーのスプライス部における剥がれの有無を確認した。得られた結果は、従来例の剥離数を100とする指数として表1の「グリーンタイヤの耐剥離性」の欄に記載した。この指数が小さいほど、インナーライナーの剥がれが少なく、成形性が優れることを意味する。
製造した空気入りタイヤをJATMA標準リム15×6Jに取り付け、空気をタイヤ内圧で120kPaに充填した。このタイヤをJIS D4230に準拠する室内ドラム試験機(ドラム径1707mm)にかけて、荷重7.24kN、速度81km/hで80時間走行させた。その後、インナーライナーのスプライス部のタイヤ内面を目視で観察し、剥がれおよびクラックの有無の確認した。得られた結果は、従来例の剥離およびクラックの数を100とする指数として表1の「製品タイヤの耐剥離性」の欄に記載した。この指数が小さいほど、インナーライナーの剥がれが少なく、タイヤ耐久性が優れることを意味する。

Claims (12)
- 熱可塑性樹脂または熱可塑性樹脂とエラストマーのブレンド物を含んでなる熱可塑性エラストマー組成物を主成分とするフィルム(2)とその両サイドに積層されたゴムシート(3A、3B)の少なくとも3層構造から構成されたインナーライナー部材(1)をタイヤ内周面に内貼りし、前記フィルム(2)のタイヤ周方向端部が前記ゴムシート(3A、3B)を介して重なるラップスプライス部(4)を有する空気入りタイヤであって、前記ラップスプライス部(4)においてタイヤ径方向内側および外側に位置する前記フィルム(2)の厚さがその端部の先端(2e)に向かって漸減するとともに、これら先端(2e)がタイヤ径方向外側または内側の同じ方向に向かって屈曲し、かつ先端(2e)が前記ゴムシート(3A、3B)により覆われていることを特徴とする空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記フィルム(2)の本体の厚さをtとするとき、前記先端(2e)の厚さTが、0.05t以上0.2t以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記フィルム(2)の本体の厚さをtとするとき、前記フィルム(2)の厚さが漸減する領域の長さLが、2t以上4t以下であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記空気入りタイヤの赤道方向断面において、前記フィルム(2)の厚さ方向の中心線の前記屈曲を開始する点Fにおける接線と、前記屈曲開始点Fおよび前記先端(2e)の厚さTの中心を結ぶ直線とがなす屈曲角θが、90°以上135°以下であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記ラップスプライス部(4)の長さSが3〜30mmの範囲にあることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記フィルム(2)の本体の厚さtが、50μm以上200μm以下である特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- タイヤ成形ドラムの外周にインナーライナー部材(1)をそのタイヤ周方向の両端部を互いに重ね合わせてスプライスする工程を含む空気入りタイヤの製造方法において、
前記インナーライナー部材(1)として、熱可塑性樹脂または熱可塑性樹脂とエラストマーのブレンド物を含んでなる熱可塑性エラストマー組成物を主成分とするフィルム(2)とその両サイドに積層されたゴムシート(3A、3B)の少なくとも3層構造で構成され、これを刃先を丸めた刃物で押し切りすることにより形成された、前記フィルム(2)の端部が、その厚さが前記端部の先端(2e)に向かって漸減するとともに、この先端(2e)が前記フィルム(2)の面外方向に屈曲する先細屈曲構造で、かつ先端(2e)が前記ゴムシート(3A、3B)により覆われた複合シートを使用し、
前記フィルム(2)が先細屈曲構造であるインナーライナー部材(1)の端部を、タイヤ成形ドラムの上に載せて巻き始め、前記フィルム(2)のタイヤ周方向端部が前記ゴムシート(3A、3B)を介して互いに重なるようにラップスプライスすることを特徴とする空気入りタイヤの製造方法。 - 前記フィルム(2)の本体の厚さをtとするとき、前記先端(2e)の厚さTが、0.05t以上0.2t以下であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
- 前記フィルム(2)の本体の厚さをtとするとき、前記フィルム(2)の厚さが漸減する領域の長さLが、2t以上4t以下であることを特徴とする請求項7または8に記載の空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
- 前記空気入りタイヤの赤道方向断面において、前記フィルム(2)の厚さ方向の中心線の前記屈曲を開始する点Fにおける接線と、前記屈曲開始点Fおよび前記先端(2e)の厚さTの中心を結ぶ直線とがなす屈曲角θが、90°以上135°以下であることを特徴とする請求項7〜9のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
- 前記ラップスプライスの長さSが3〜30mmの範囲にあることを特徴とする請求項7〜10のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
- 前記フィルム(2)の本体の厚さtが、50μm以上200μm以下である特徴とする請求項7〜11のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
