Description
本願は、2011年3月24日に出願された「Ultrasonic Device for Cutting and Coagulating」と題された、米国仮特許出願第61/467,180号の優先権を主張する。
本発明は、概して手術システムに関し、より具体的には、切開処置と最小侵襲処置との双方における微細かつ精巧な手術処置に要求される切断、凝固、及び微細な解剖を外科医が実行するのを可能にするために最適化されたエネルギーベースのデバイスに関する。
(1) 外科用器具であって、
長手方向軸を画定する中空外管と、
前記外管に枢動可能に接続されるクランプアームと、
前記外管の実質的に内部に配置される内管であって、前記クランプアームに枢動可能に接続され、前記外管に対して長手方向に摺動可能である、内管と、
前記長手方向軸に沿って配置される近位端及び遠位端を有するハンドルと、
前記ハンドルに枢動可能に装着される作動部材と、
前記作動部材に枢動可能に取着されるリンクアームと、
前記リンクアームに枢動可能に取着されるヨークと、
前記ハンドルの遠位端において前記長手方向軸を中心として配置される伝達リンクであって、前記ハンドルに対して長手方向に摺動可能であり、前記ヨークと長手方向に係合し、かつ前記内管に固定して取着されて、前記外管と回転可能に係合する、伝達リンクと、を備える、外科用器具。
(2) 前記伝達リンクが、内側環状表面と外側環状表面とを有するシリンダーを備える、実施態様1に記載の器具。
(3) 前記伝達リンクの外側表面上に長手方向に延在する少なくとも1つのレールを更に備える、実施態様2に記載の器具。
(4) 前記伝達リンクの外側環状表面の周りに部分的に配置される回転ノブを更に備え、前記回転ノブが、前記少なくとも1つの伝達リンクレールと嵌合する少なくとも1つの長手方向内側陥凹を有する、実施態様3に記載の器具。
(5) 前記伝達リンクが、前記伝達リンクの遠位端の周りに環状に配置される隆起レールを更に備える、実施態様4に記載の器具。
(7) 前記ハンドルの近位端に配置される指リングを更に備える、実施態様6に記載の器具。
(8) 前記作動部材の近位端に配置される親指リングを更に備える、実施態様7に記載の器具。
(9) 外科用器具であって、
長手方向軸を画定する中空外管と、
前記外管に枢動可能に接続されるクランプアームと、
前記外管の実質的に内部に配置される内管であって、前記クランプアームに枢動可能に接続され、前記外管に対して長手方向に摺動可能である、内管と、
前記長手方向軸に沿って配置される近位端及び遠位端を有するハンドルと、
前記ハンドルに枢動可能に装着される作動部材と、
前記作動部材に枢動可能に取着されるリンクアームと、
前記リンクアームに枢動可能に取着されるヨークと、
前記作動部材からの長手方向力と回転ノブからの回転力とを伝達するために、前記内管に固定して取着され、前記外管に回転係合する手段と、を備える、外科用器具。
(10) 前記ハンドルの近位端に配置される指リングを更に備える、実施態様9に記載の器具。
(12) 筐体の近位端に、前記親指リングに選択的に係合するための手段が提供される、実施態様11に記載の器具。
(13) 前記親指リングに摺動可能に取着される止めピンを更に備え、前記止めピンが前記ハンドルに選択的に係合する、実施態様10に記載の器具。
(14) 外科用器具であって、
長手方向軸を画定する中空外管と、
前記外管に枢動可能に接続されるクランプアームと、
前記外管の実質的に内部に配置される内管であって、前記クランプアームに枢動可能に接続され、前記外管に対して長手方向に摺動可能である、内管と、
側方表面並びに近位端及び遠位端を有するハンドルであって、前記長手方向軸に沿って配置され、かつ前記側方表面上に配置されるスタッドを有する、ハンドルと、
前記ハンドルのスタッドに枢動可能に係合するスロットを有する作動部材と、
前記作動部材に枢動可能に取着されるリンクアームと、
前記リンクアームに枢動可能に取着されるヨークと、
前記ハンドルの遠位端において前記長手方向軸を中心として配置される伝達リンクであって、前記ハンドルに対して長手方向に摺動可能であり、前記ヨークを長手方向に係合し、かつ前記内管に固定して取着されて、前記外管に回転可能に係合する、伝達リンクと、を備える、外科用器具。
(15) 前記スロットが、重なり合う半径を有する2つの円形開口部から構成される、実施態様14に記載の器具。
(17) 前記筐体内に長手方向チャネルを更に備え、前記チャネルが、その中に摺動可能に装着されるくさびを有し、前記くさびが、止めピンに係合するカム表面を有し、前記止めピンが、前記チャネルに対して実質的に垂直に配列され、前記チャネルが、前記カム表面と反対側の端部にて前記くさびに取着されるばねを更に有する、実施態様14に記載の器具。
(18) 前記作動部材が、第1及び第2の断面を有し、前記第2の断面が前記第1の断面より小さい、実施態様14に記載の器具。
(19) 前記第2の断面を実質的に覆うカラーを更に備え、前記カラーが、前記作動部材に対して摺動可能である、実施態様18に記載の器具。
(20) 前記カラーが、前記作動部材に摺動可能に取着される、実施態様19に記載の器具。
Claims (15)
- 外科用器具であって、
長手方向軸を画定する中空外管と、
前記外管に枢動可能に接続されるクランプアームと、
前記外管の実質的に内部に配置される内管であって、前記クランプアームに枢動可能に接続され、前記外管に対して長手方向に摺動可能である、内管と、
前記長手方向軸に沿って配置される近位端及び遠位端を有するハンドルと、
前記ハンドルに枢動可能に装着される作動部材と、
前記作動部材に枢動可能に取着されるリンクアームと、
前記リンクアームに枢動可能に取着されるヨークと、
前記ハンドルの遠位端において前記長手方向軸を中心として配置される伝達リンクであって、前記ハンドルに対して長手方向に摺動可能であり、前記ヨークと長手方向に係合し、かつ前記内管に固定して取着されて、前記外管と回転可能に係合する、伝達リンクと、を備え、
前記伝達リンクが、内側環状表面と外側環状表面とを有し、
前記伝達リンクの外側環状表面上に長手方向に延在する少なくとも1つのレールを更に備える、外科用器具。 - 前記伝達リンクの外側環状表面の周りに部分的に配置される回転ノブを更に備え、前記回転ノブが、前記少なくとも1つの伝達リンクレールと嵌合する少なくとも1つの長手方向内側陥凹を有する、請求項1に記載の器具。
- 前記伝達リンクが、前記伝達リンクの遠位端の周りに環状に配置される隆起レールを更に備える、請求項2に記載の器具。
- 前記ヨークが、前記環状に配置される伝達リンクの隆起レールと嵌合する環状陥凹を有する、請求項3に記載の器具。
- 前記ハンドルの近位端に配置される指リングを更に備える、請求項4に記載の器具。
- 前記作動部材の近位端に配置される親指リングを更に備える、請求項5に記載の器具。
- 外科用器具であって、
長手方向軸を画定する中空外管と、
前記外管に枢動可能に接続されるクランプアームと、
前記外管の実質的に内部に配置される内管であって、前記クランプアームに枢動可能に接続され、前記外管に対して長手方向に摺動可能である、内管と、
前記長手方向軸に沿って配置される近位端及び遠位端を有するハンドルと、
前記ハンドルに枢動可能に装着される作動部材と、
前記作動部材に枢動可能に取着されるリンクアームと、
前記リンクアームに枢動可能に取着されるヨークと、
前記作動部材からの長手方向力と回転ノブからの回転力とを伝達するために、前記内管に固定して取着され、前記外管に回転係合する手段と、を備え、
前記ハンドルの近位端に配置される指リングを更に備え、
前記作動部材の近位端に配置される親指リングを更に備え、
筐体の近位端に、前記親指リングに選択的に係合するための手段が提供される、外科用器具。 - 前記親指リングに摺動可能に取着される止めピンを更に備え、前記止めピンが前記ハンドルに選択的に係合する、請求項7に記載の器具。
- 外科用器具であって、
長手方向軸を画定する中空外管と、
前記外管に枢動可能に接続されるクランプアームと、
前記外管の実質的に内部に配置される内管であって、前記クランプアームに枢動可能に接続され、前記外管に対して長手方向に摺動可能である、内管と、
側方表面並びに近位端及び遠位端を有するハンドルであって、前記長手方向軸に沿って配置され、かつ前記側方表面上に配置されるスタッドを有する、ハンドルと、
前記ハンドルのスタッドに枢動可能に係合するスロットを有する作動部材と、
前記作動部材に枢動可能に取着されるリンクアームと、
前記リンクアームに枢動可能に取着されるヨークと、
前記ハンドルの遠位端において前記長手方向軸を中心として配置される伝達リンクであって、前記ハンドルに対して長手方向に摺動可能であり、前記ヨークを長手方向に係合し、かつ前記内管に固定して取着されて、前記外管に回転可能に係合する、伝達リンクと、を備える、外科用器具。 - 前記スロットが、重なり合う半径を有する2つの円形開口部から構成される、請求項9に記載の器具。
- 前記ハンドルの近位端に回転取着されるカムを更に備え、前記カムが、前記親指リングに選択的に係合する、請求項10に記載の器具。
- 前記筐体内に長手方向チャネルを更に備え、前記チャネルが、その中に摺動可能に装着されるくさびを有し、前記くさびが、止めピンに係合するカム表面を有し、前記止めピンが、前記チャネルに対して実質的に垂直に配列され、前記チャネルが、前記カム表面と反対側の端部にて前記くさびに取着されるばねを更に有する、請求項9に記載の器具。
- 前記作動部材が、第1及び第2の断面を有し、前記第2の断面が前記第1の断面より小さい、請求項9に記載の器具。
- 前記第2の断面を実質的に覆うカラーを更に備え、前記カラーが、前記作動部材に対して摺動可能である、請求項13に記載の器具。
- 前記カラーが、前記作動部材に摺動可能に取着される、請求項14に記載の器具。
