Claims (3)
- 溶融金属用容器に設置されたガス吹込みノズルにガスを供給するためのガス供給管路に配置される溶融金属漏出防止装置であって、
内部に栓体配置空間を有する本体と、前記栓体配置空間内に配置された栓体とを有し、
前記本体の上部に、前記栓体配置空間に通じるとともに、前記ガス供給管路の下流側のガス供給パイプに通じるガス排出孔を設け、
前記本体の下部に、前記栓体配置空間に通じるとともに、前記ガス供給管路の上流側のガス導入パイプに通じるガス導入孔を設け、
前記栓体は、前記栓体配置空間内に吊り具によって吊り下げられて配置され、
前記吊り具の少なくとも一部は、溶融金属の温度以下の融点を有する低融点材料で形成され、
前記吊り具の少なくとも一部が前記ガス排出孔から浸入してきた溶融金属によって溶融したときに、前記栓体が落下して前記ガス導入孔を閉塞する溶融金属漏出防止装置。 - 前記栓体の上部に、前記ガス排出孔の直下に位置するように凹部を設け、この凹部に前記吊り具が連結され、前記凹部内に位置する前記吊り具の少なくとも一部が前記低融点材料で形成されている請求項1に記載の溶融金属漏出防止装置。
- 前記吊り具が前記凹部の底面に連結され、前記吊り具のうち、少なくとも前記凹部との連結部分が前記低融点材料で形成されている請求項2に記載の溶融金属漏出防止装置。
