Description
Claims (16)
- ワイヤの製造方法であって、
硬化剤を実質的に含まない架橋性レセプターポリマーを導電性コアの周囲に押し出すことと、
硬化剤を含むドナーポリマーを押し出すことと、
前記押し出されたドナーポリマーを前記レセプターポリマーの周囲に配置して、多層ワイヤ半製品を形成することと、
前記多層ワイヤ半製品を熱硬化させることと、を含み、
前記ドナーポリマーの溶融温度は、前記レセプターポリマーの溶融温度よりも低く、
前記熱硬化させることは、
130℃〜200℃の硬化温度で作動する熱硬化ステーションに前記多層ワイヤ半製品を晒し、
前記ドナーポリマー中の硬化剤が該ドナーポリマーから前記レセプターポリマーへと移動するように、前記ドナーポリマーを溶融し、
前記レセプターポリマーの厚さと前記ドナーポリマーの厚さの比は、1:1〜1:5である、方法。 - 前記レセプターポリマーを押し出すことは、前記レセプターポリマーを前記導電性コアと直接接触した様態で配置することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記導電性コアは半導性材料を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記導電性コアは、固体状または撚り線状の銅、ニッケルシルバー、ベリリウム、リン青銅、ニッケル、銅被覆アルミニウム、銅被覆スチール、アルミニウムおよびスチールのうち少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ドナーポリマーの溶融温度は、前記レセプターポリマーの溶融温度よりも少なくとも5℃だけ低い、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ドナーポリマーを前記レセプターポリマーの周囲に配置することは、前記レセプターポリマーおよび前記ドナーポリマーを共に押し出すことを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ドナーポリマーを前記レセプターポリマーの周囲に配置することは、前記レセプターポリマーおよび前記ドナーポリマーを連続的に押し出すことを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ドナーポリマーを前記レセプターポリマーの周囲に配置することは、前記ドナーポリマーを前記レセプターポリマーと直接接触した様態で配置することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記導電性コアの断面積は少なくとも1.5mm2であり、熱硬化は、直径が0.45±0.01mmである針を用いた摩耗擦過を少なくとも1500サイクル行った後に完全性を維持することが可能である絶縁を含むワイヤを形成するのに充分な時間だけ、前記多層ワイヤ半製品を高温に晒すことを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記導電性コアの断面積は0.22mm2を超えず、熱硬化は、直径が0.45±0.01mmである針を用いた摩耗擦過を少なくとも150サイクル行った後に完全性を維持することが可能である絶縁を含むワイヤを形成するのに充分な時間だけ、前記多層ワイヤ半製品を高温に晒すことを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記充分な時間は少なくとも20秒である、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記導電性コアの断面積は0.22mm2を超えず、熱硬化は、長さが200mmの150Jガーネット研磨紙を用いて少なくとも0.63Nの力で摩耗擦過を行った後に完全性を維持することが可能である絶縁を含むワイヤを形成するのに充分な時間だけ、前記多層ワイヤ半製品を高温に晒すことを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法によって製造されたワイヤ。
- 製造物品であって、
導電性コアと、
硬化剤を実質的に含まない押し出された架橋性レセプターポリマーであって、前記レセプターポリマーは、前記導電性コアの周囲に配置される、レセプターポリマーと、
硬化剤を含む押し出されたドナーポリマーであって、前記ドナーポリマーは前記レセプターポリマーの周囲に配置され、前記ドナーポリマーの溶融温度は、前記レセプターポリマーの溶融温度よりも低い、ドナーポリマーと、
前記レセプターポリマーと前記ドナーポリマーとの間の少なくとも1つの絶縁層と、
を含む、製造物品。 - 前記レセプターポリマーと前記導電性コアとの間の少なくとも1つの絶縁層をさらに含む、請求項14に記載の物品。
- 前記硬化剤は過酸化物である、請求項14に記載の物品。
