Description

ディーゼルエンジン1aのフライホイールハウジング10aに作業機としての発電機268を取付けている。作業者が手動操作にて継断させるPTOクラッチ269を介して、ディーゼルエンジン1aの出力軸(クランク軸)3に発電機268の駆動軸を連結させ、ディーゼルエンジン1aにて発電機268を駆動する。発電機268の電力は、電気ケーブルにて遠隔場所の電動機器などの電源として供給するように構成している。なお、発電機268と同様に、ディーゼルエンジン1aにて駆動するコンプレッサまたは油圧ポンプなどを設け、建築工事または土木工事などに使用する定置型作業機を構成することも可能である。

Claims (4)
- シリンダブロックと、該シリンダブロックに上載されたシリンダヘッドと、該シリンダヘッドの左右側面の一方に配置された排気マニホールドと、前記シリンダヘッド上面に配置されたヘッドカバーと、前記シリンダブロック前後側面の一方に配置されたフライホイールハウジングと、前記シリンダブロックにおける前記フライホイールハウジングと前後逆側寄りの部位に配置された冷却水ポンプと、前記排気マニホールドからの排気ガスを処理する排気ガス浄化装置とを備え、前記フライホイールハウジング上方に前記排気ガス浄化装置を配置するエンジン装置において、
前記シリンダブロックに内蔵されたクランク軸に前記排気ガス浄化装置の長手方向を直交させ、前記排気マニホールドと前記排気ガス浄化装置の排気ガス入口の間に排気絞り装置を設けており、前記ヘッドカバーの側方に前記排気絞り装置を配置するとともに、前記ヘッドカバーと前記排気絞り装置との間に空間を設け、
前記排気絞り装置が、排気絞り弁を内蔵する絞り弁ケースと、前記排気絞り弁を開動制御するアクチュエータを内蔵するアクチュエータケースと、前記絞り弁ケースに前記アクチュエータケースを連結する水冷ケースとで構成されており、
前記水冷ケースが、冷却水出口管及び冷却水入口管を前記冷却水ポンプ側に突出させると共に、前記冷却水出口管及び前記冷却水入口管が、前記アクチュエータケースと前記ヘッドカバーとの間に配置されることを特徴とするエンジン装置。 - 前記排気絞り装置の上面に中継管を締結し、前記排気マニホールドに対して前記排気絞り装置と前記中継管とを多層状に配置し、最上層部の前記中継管に前記排気ガス浄化装置の排気ガス入口を連結しており、
前記排気絞り装置と前記排気ガス浄化装置の排気ガス入口との間となる位置で、前記中継管の連結支持部が前記排気マニホールド側面と連結していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエンジン装置。 - 前記排気絞り装置にエンジンコントローラの出力側を接続させて、前記排気ガス浄化装置の再生時に前記排気絞り装置の開度制御を実行可能に構成したことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のエンジン装置。
- 前記連結支持部は、前記中継管の外周面より前記排気マニホールドに向かって突出させた翼状のプレートで構成されており、前記排気マニホールドの側面に締結されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のエンジン装置。
