Claims (10)
- 可動部を駆動する3相交流モータと、
該3相交流モータを制御する制御装置とを備え、
該制御装置は、所定条件が成立する場合に、2相変調用の電圧指令値を用いて前記3相交流モータを制御し、
前記所定条件は、少なくとも、前記可動部の速度が所定値以下であって且つ前記3相交流モータのトルクが所定値以上であることを含む、射出成形機。 - 前記3相交流モータは、型閉工程、型締工程、および型開工程で用いられる型締モータである、請求項1に記載の射出成形機。
- 前記所定条件は、前記型締工程中であることをさらに含む、請求項2に記載の射出成形機。
- 前記射出成形機は竪型であって、
前記所定条件は、前記型締工程中であること、または、前記可動部の位置が型開完了位置であることをさらに含む、請求項2に記載の射出成形機。 - 前記3相交流モータは、充填工程、および保圧工程で用いられる射出モータである、請求項1に記載の射出成形機。
- 前記所定条件は、前記保圧工程中であることをさらに含む、請求項5に記載の射出成形機。
- 前記3相交流モータは、金型装置から成形品を突き出す突き出し工程で用いられるエジェクタモータである、請求項1に記載の射出成形機。
- 前記3相交流モータは、金型装置内のキャビティ空間の成形材料を圧縮する圧縮行程で用いられる圧縮モータである、請求項1に記載の射出成形機。
- 前記3相交流モータは、金型装置内に成形材料を射出するノズルを前記金型装置に押し付けるノズルタッチ工程で用いられる射出装置移動モータである、請求項1に記載の射出成形機。
- 前記制御装置は、前記所定条件が成立しない場合、3相変調用の電圧指令値を用いて前記3相交流モータを制御する、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の射出成形機。
