Description
Claims (15)
- 音源から生成される雑音を減らすための音響構造であって、
前記音源に最も近く配置される第1の縁部及び第2の縁部を備えるハニカムであって、前記第1の縁部と第2の縁部の間に延在する複数の壁により画定される第1の音響セル、及び前記ハニカムの前記第1の縁部と第2の縁部の間にやはり延在する複数の壁により画定される第2の音響セルを備え、前記第1の音響セルと前記第2の音響セルが共通の壁を共用するハニカムと、
前記第1の音響セルのための第1の音響障壁と、
前記第2の音響セルのための第2の音響障壁と、
前記第1の音響セルと前記第2の音響セルの間に音響経路を画定する、前記共通の壁内の面であって、前記音響経路が前記ハニカムの前記第1の縁部と前記第1及び第2の音響障壁の間に配置される面と、
前記第2の音響セルのための第3の音響障壁であって、前記音響経路が前記第2の音響障壁と前記第3の音響障壁の間に配置されて、前記第1の縁部と前記第1の音響障壁の間に配置される前記第1の音響セルの部分及び前記第2の音響障壁と前記第3の音響障壁の間に配置される前記第2の音響セルの部分を備える第1の雑音減衰ゾーンを実現する、第3の音響障壁と
を備え、
前記第3の音響障壁が前記ハニカムの前記第1の縁部から離れるように動かされ、そのため、前記第3の音響障壁、及び前記第3の音響障壁と前記第1の縁部の間に配置された前記第2の音響セルの部分が第2の雑音減衰ゾーンを形成する、音響構造。 - 前記共通の壁以外の、前記第2の音響セルの壁内に面が配置され、前記面が前記第2の音響セルと第3の音響セルの間にさらなる音響経路を画定し、前記さらなる音響経路が前記第3の音響障壁と前記第2の音響障壁の間に配置される、請求項1に記載の音響構造。

- 音響的に多孔質の薄板が前記ハニカムの前記第1の縁部を覆う、請求項1に記載の音響構造。
- 少なくとも1つの音響隔壁が、前記第1の音響セル及び/又は前記第2の音響セル内に配置される、請求項1に記載の音響構造。
- 少なくとも1つの音響隔壁が、前記第1の音響セル及び前記第2の音響セル内に配置される、請求項5に記載の音響構造。
- 前記音響構造がエンジン用のエンジン室である、請求項1に記載の音響構造。
- 請求項7に記載の音響構造のエンジン室を備える航空機。
- 音源から生成される雑音を減らすための音響構造を作る方法であって、
前記音源に最も近く配置される第1の縁部及び第2の縁部を備えるハニカムを設けるステップであって、前記ハニカムが、前記第1の縁部と第2の縁部の間に延在する複数の壁により画定される第1の音響セル、及び前記ハニカムの前記第1の縁部と第2の縁部の間にやはり延在する複数の壁により画定される第2の音響セルを備え、前記第1の音響セルと前記第2の音響セルが共通の壁を共用するステップと、
前記第1の音響セルのための第1の音響障壁を設けるステップと、
前記第2の音響セルのための第2の音響障壁を設けるステップと、
前記第1の音響セルと前記第2の音響セルの間に音響経路を画定する、前記共通の壁内に面を形成するステップであって、前記音響経路が前記ハニカムの前記第1の縁部と前記第1及び第2の音響障壁の間に配置されるステップと、
前記第2の音響セルのための第3の音響障壁を設けるステップであって、前記音響経路が前記第2の音響障壁と前記第3の音響障壁の間に配置されて、前記第1の縁部と前記第1の音響障壁の間に配置される前記第1の音響セルの部分及び前記第2の音響障壁と前記第3の音響障壁の間に配置される前記第2の音響セルの部分を備える第1の雑音減衰ゾーンを実現するステップと
を含み、
前記第3の音響障壁が前記ハニカムの前記第1の縁部から離れるように動かされ、そのため、前記第3の音響障壁、及び前記第3の音響障壁と前記第1の縁部の間に配置された前記第2の音響セルの部分が第2の雑音減衰ゾーンを形成する、音響構造を作る方法。 - 前記共通の壁以外の、前記第2の音響セルの壁内に面を配置するステップであって、前記面が前記第2の音響セルと第3の音響セルの間にさらなる音響経路を画定し、前記さらなる音響経路が前記第3の音響障壁と前記第2の音響障壁の間に配置されるステップを含む、請求項9に記載の音響構造を作る方法。

- 前記音響構造がエンジン用のエンジン室である、請求項9に記載の音響構造を作る方法。
- 雑音の音源から生成される前記雑音を減らすための方法であって、請求項1に記載の音響構造で、雑音の前記音源を少なくとも部分的に囲むステップを含む方法。
- 雑音の音源から生成される前記雑音を減らすための方法であって、雑音の前記音源がエンジンであり、前記音響構造がエンジン室である、請求項14に記載の方法。
