Description

Claims (20)
- 調節可能な弁輪形成術リングアセンブリであって、支持リングと、該支持リング内に少なくとも部分的にはめ込まれた調節可能なリングと、該調節可能なリングの形状を調節するために、支持体として前記支持リングを使用することによって前記調節可能なリングを変形させるように展開可能な少なくとも1つの押付けエレメントと、を備え、前記少なくとも1つの展開可能な押付けエレメントは、流体展開可能な装置を有することを特徴とする、調節可能な弁輪形成術リングアセンブリ。
- 前記流体展開可能な装置は、膨張可能なブラダ、可動なダイヤフラム、シリンダ内のピストンから選択される、請求項1記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記流体展開可能な装置は、ガス、液体、ゲルから選択された流体によって展開可能である、請求項1または2記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記リングのうちの少なくとも1つを少なくとも部分的に被覆するためのフレキシブルなカバーをさらに備える、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記アセンブリによって治療される弁の性能に関するパラメータを検出するための少なくとも1つのセンサを備える、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記センサは、血流を検出するためのドップラー効果センサ、ドップラー効果センサ用のトランスデューサ、音響トランスデューサ、超音波トランスデューサ、血圧を検出するための圧力センサ、から選択される少なくとも1つを含む、請求項5記載のアセンブリ。
- 心臓弁の部位において電気信号を提供または検出するための少なくとも1つの電極を備える、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記リングアセンブリは、前記弁輪形成術リングアセンブリの形状を調節するために埋め込み後に調節可能である、請求項5から7までのいずれか1項記載のアセンブリ。
- 人工弁、好適には僧帽弁を収容するように配置された機械的なインターフェースを備える、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載のアセンブリ。
- 3つの展開可能な前記押付けエレメントが設けられている、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記少なくとも1つの押付けエレメントは、前記支持リングに対する前記調節可能なリングの可変の変形を規定するために、前記押付けエレメントの位置において展開の可変の程度を有するように制御可能である、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載のアセンブリ。
- 請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載の調節可能な弁輪形成術リングアセンブリと、
該リングアセンブリへ伝達するための物理的制御信号を発生するアクチュエータと、
前記物理的制御信号を前記アクチュエータから前記リングアセンブリへ伝達するために前記アクチュエータを前記リングアセンブリに接続する伝達ラインと、
該伝達ラインを前記リングアセンブリに解放可能に接続する解放可能なカップリングと、
を備えることを特徴とするシステム。 - 前記物理的制御信号は、機械的な調節力、流体制御、空気圧制御、液圧制御から選択される、請求項12記載のシステム。
- 前記調節可能な弁輪形成術リングアセンブリは、体内への埋め込み後に前記リングアセンブリの少なくとも一部の形状を調節する複数の作動可能なアジャスタを有し、
複数の前記アジャスタの作動を制御するアクチュエータを備える、請求項12または13記載のシステム。 - 前記システムは、作動の少なくとも1つの所定のシーケンスで複数の前記アジャスタを作動させるように構成されている、請求項14記載のシステム。
- 前記リングアセンブリは、治療される心臓弁の弁前尖の近くに取り付けるための前部と、該前部とは反対側の、弁後尖の近くに取り付けるための後部と、前記前部と前記後部との間の少なくとも1つの側部とを備え、
