Description
本発明の係る嵌め込み型光源の実装構造について、より詳細に説明する。この嵌め込み型光源の実装構造は、パネルの形式が矩形であるLED光源の実装構造に、より適応する。この矩形のパネルは、必然的に一辺をランプアダプタが位置する辺として設計するため、ランプアダプタが位置する辺と隣接する2つの辺を、嵌め込み、固定する構造の部位とする。該嵌め込み型光源の実装構造において、該構造は光源パネル10、光源ベースプレート20、プリント基板30、ドリルロッド40を含み、このうち光源パネル10、プリント基板30、光源ベースプレート20を重ねて接着し、一体に組み立てる。光源ベースプレートにくぼみが設けられ、該光源ベースプレートの一端にランプアダプタを有する。プリント基板および光源パネルは光源ベースプレートのくぼみ内に装着され、光源ベースプレートのランプアダプタの両側に、それぞれ固定構造が設けられる。ランプアダプタの両側に固定構造を設計することによって、ランプアダプタが必然的に有する導線に対して干渉および影響が生じるのを防ぐことができ、また対称な両側の固定は、特に光源パネル全体を光源ベースプレートのくぼみ内に嵌め込んで配置させた状況においては、実装の確実性および安定性を保証することができる。

Claims (8)
- 嵌め込み型光源の実装構造であって、該構造が光源パネル、光源ベースプレート、プリント基板、ドリルロッドを含み、このうち該光源パネル、プリント基板、光源ベースプレートを重ねて接着し、一体に組み立て、ドリルロッドを光源パネルおよび光源ベースプレートの継ぎ目部分に挿入し、光源パネルおよび光源ベースプレートを嵌入係止することを特徴とする実装構造。
- 該光源ベースプレートの光源パネルに面する一面に段状溝が設けられ、第1段状溝が光源パネルに対応し、該第1段状溝の大きさ、形状および深さが、光源パネルの大きさ、形状および厚さに対応し、該第1段状溝の中央に第2段状溝が設けられ、該第2段状溝の大きさ、形状および深さが、プリント基板の大きさ、形状および厚さに対応することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の嵌め込み型光源の実装構造。
- 該プリント基板が該光源ベースプレートの第2段状溝内に嵌め込み、装着され、該光源パネルが該光源ベースプレートの第1段状溝内に嵌め込んで装着されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の嵌め込み型光源の実装構造。
- 該光源パネルの側面が第1段状溝の内壁に接触し、1本の継ぎ目が形成され、該継ぎ目部分に嵌入型係止溝が設けられ、光源パネルの側面と第1段状溝の内壁とに、それぞれ半分の係止溝が設けられ、2つの側面が接着して完全な嵌入型係止溝を構成し、ドリルロッドを両者の間の嵌入型係止溝内に挿入して、光源パネルおよび光源ベースプレートを係止することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の嵌め込み型光源の実装構造。
- 該嵌入型係止溝の断面が円形であり、該ドリルロッドの断面が円形であり、ドリルロッドの直径が、嵌入型係止溝の円形断面の直径と適応することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の嵌め込み型光源の実装構造。
- 該ドリルロッドおよび該嵌入型係止溝が締り嵌めされることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の嵌め込み型光源の実装構造。
- 嵌め込み型光源の実装構造であって、該構造が光源パネル、光源ベースプレート、プリント基板、ドリルロッドを含み、このうち光源パネル、プリント基板、光源ベースプレートを重ねて接着し、一体に組み立て、光源ベースプレートにくぼみが設けられ、該光源ベースプレートの一端にランプアダプタを有し、プリント基板および光源パネルが光源ベースプレートのくぼみ内に装着され、光源ベースプレートの導線引出端の両端に、それぞれ固定構造が設けられ、このうち各固定構造がドリルロッド挿入溝および1本のドリルロッドを含み、ドリルロッド挿入溝が、相互に接着する光源パネルおよび光源ベースプレートからなり、ドリルロッドを両者の継ぎ目部分に形成されるドリルロッド挿入溝に挿入する、実装構造。
- 該ドリルロッド挿入溝の断面が円形であり、該ドリルロッドの断面が円形であり、該ドリルロッドおよび該ドリルロッド挿入溝が締り嵌めされることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の嵌め込み型光源の実装構造。
