Description

Claims (11)
- 電力部品などの少なくとも1つの電気部品と、フレックス絶縁層に設けられたフレックス導電層を有する電気的フレックス回路(1)とを備える電気回路であって、前記電気的フレックス回路に対して前記電気部品を接続する少なくとも1つの導電部(7)を備え、前記導電部(7)が、それと接触するように前記電気電力部品の接触要素(9)を受ける少なくとも1つの第1の接触部(13)と、それと接触するように前記電気的フレックス回路の前記フレックス導電層(3)に固定された第2の接触部(15)とを設けており、第2の接触部(15)の幅が、電気的フレックス回路(1)の幅に相当し、長さが、4.5から5.5A/mm2の間の電流密度を伝達し且つ電気回路が前記電力部品に適した電流、すなわち30から80Aの間の電流を維持するのを可能とするのに適した接触面を与えるよう調整されることを特徴とする、電気回路。
- 前記第1及び第2の接触部(13、15)が、部品及び電気的フレックス回路と接触する接触部(13、15)の表面間において5A/mm2に等しい電流密度を伝達するように成形されている、ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電気回路。
- 前記導電部(7)が、比較的大きく且つ固体である接触部(13、15)を備える金属部品である、請求項1又は請求項2のいずれかに記載の電気回路。
- 導電部(7)が、平坦リング(19、29)が設けられた円筒状スリーブ(17)の形状であるか又は円筒状スリーブ(27)の一部であり、第1の接触部(13)が、スリーブ又はスリーブ部分の円筒状内面(21)によって形成され、第2の接触部(15)が、リング(19、29)の面によって形成される、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の電気回路。
- 前記導電部(7)が、例えば、はんだ付け若しくはろう付け、電気的若しくはレーザ溶接又は焼結など、指定された接合方法で接触部(13、15)が電気的フレックス回路(1)及び部品に接合されるのを可能とするように成形されている、請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の電気回路。
- 第1の接触部(13)が、例えば部品の接触ピン又はタブなどの部品の接触要素(9)に相補的であり、部品の接触要素(9)と接触するように成形された表面を有し、第2の接触部(15)が、電気的フレックス回路の導電層(3)と平面接触するように成形されている平坦面を有する、請求項1から請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の電気回路。
- 電気的導電部(7)が電流拡散部であり、電流拡散部がその端部の一方において又はその周囲にわたって平坦リング(19)が設けられた円筒状スリーブ(17)の形状であり、スリーブの円筒状内面(21)上で部品のピン(9)に接触し且つリングの外面(23)上で電気的フレックス回路の導電層(3)に接触するように成形されており、第1の接触部(13)が、スリーブ(17)の円筒状内面のうちの少なくとも一部によって形成されており、第2の接触部(15)が、リングの前記外面(23)によって形成されている、請求項1から請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の電気回路。
- 第1の接触部が、円筒の一部(27)の形状であり、接触ピンの断面の一部にわたって電気部品の接触ピン(3)の端部に接触し、第2の接触部が、電気的フレックス回路の下部導電層(3)の表面に対してその外面によって適用される平坦リング(29)である、請求項1から請求項7のいずれか一項に記載の電気回路。
- 誘電絶縁材(5)の層によって互いに絶縁された銅層(3)によって形成された電気的フレックス回路(1)が、約30マイクロメートル未満の断面厚さを有する、請求項1から請求項8のいずれか一項に記載の電気回路。
- 前記誘電絶縁材(5)が、ポリイミド樹脂である、請求項9に記載の電気回路。
- 機内に搭載される電力変換器を備える環境であって、電力変換器が、少なくとも1つの請求項1から請求項10のいずれか一項に記載の電気回路によって相互接続されている、環境。
