Description
次いで、アクセステーブルZ1内では各アクチュエータに関する状態が定義され、図4に記載するようなアクチュエータの状態と一緒に、各参照符号R1〜R3が異なる状態の記述に関連付けられる。
Claims (15)
- − 互いに独立する、包装機の少なくとも2つの動作状態が定義され、
− 複数の定義された工程シーケンスのうちの少なくとも1つが、前記動作状態のそれぞれに割り当てられ、
− 前記包装機の少なくとも1つの動作リソースが、少なくとも1つの作用を実行するために工程シーケンスによって起動される、
包装機を制御する方法であって、
− 動作リソースへのアクセス許可が、前記動作状態に応じて単一の工程シーケンスに排他的に割り当てられる、
ことを特徴とする、包装機を制御する方法。 - 少なくとも2つの動作リソースが、前記包装機内のそれぞれの機能または他の並べ替え基準に応じてグループに割り当てられ、グループへの前記排他的アクセス許可は1つの工程シーケンスに割り当てられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記排他的にアクセスが許可された工程シーケンスだけが、動作リソースの状態を起動および/または変更できることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 2つの動作状態間でそれぞれ変化する場合、動作リソースまたはグループへの前記アクセス許可はチェックされ、適切な場合は動作リソースまたはグループへのアクセス許可が別の工程シーケンスに割り当てられることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記包装機は各時点で1つの動作状態にだけ特定的であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記工程シーケンスのうちの少なくとも1つに、少なくとも2つの下位工程が定義されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 工程シーケンスまたは下位工程では、前記動作リソースのうちの少なくとも1つへのアクセスが、それぞれ少なくとも1つのアクセステーブルによって定義されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの目標の状態が、アクセステーブルの少なくとも1つの動作リソースについて定義されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- アクセステーブルが工程シーケンスに特定的に割り当てられることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも2つの動作リソースの目標の動作リソースの状態が、それぞれアクセステーブルのアクセス記述に記載されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記包装機は、前記アクセステーブルに定義される前記動作リソースの状態に応じて制御されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 動作状態が、以下のグループ、
− パワーアップ/スタートアップ、
− 殺菌および/または洗浄の準備の完了、
− 殺菌、
− 生産、
− 洗浄の準備の完了、
− 洗浄(CIP)、
− シャットダウン、
による動作状態のうちの少なくとも1つであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 工程シーケンスが、以下のグループ、
− 殺菌、具体的にはH2O2殺菌、
− 生産中の殺菌、具体的には生産中のH2O2殺菌、
− 蒸気殺菌、
− 生産、
− チェーン洗浄、
− 蒸気バリア/蒸気ノード、
− 循環洗浄、
− ベース工程動作、
による工程シーケンスのうちの少なくとも1つであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 動作リソースが、以下のグループ、
− 調節弁、
− ヒータ、
− 圧縮空気発生装置、
− 蒸気ユニット、
− サーボモータ、
− ポンプ、
− 通風機、
− 殺菌装置、
− センサ制御システム、
− 論理相互接続、
− インポートシグナルおよび/またはエクスポートシグナル、
による動作リソースのうちの少なくとも1つであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - − 制御装置と、
− プログラムメモリと、
− 複数の動作リソース、具体的にはアクチュエータおよび/またはセンサと、
を有し、
− 前記制御装置は、前記動作リソースのうちの少なくとも1つへの前記プログラムメモリに格納された工程シーケンスによるアクセスを制御する、
包装機であって、
− 動作状態に応じて、前記制御装置は、工程シーケンスのうちの1つだけに動作リソースへのアクセス許可を排他的に付与する、
ことを特徴とする、包装機。
