Description
このような構成の脱硫装置では、脱硫ガスの冷却の際に発生する凝縮水は、その一部が再利用されているものの、大部分が系外に排出されることから、排水量が非常に多いという問題がある。
一方、過冷却部12では、脱硫ガス中の水分が冷却によって凝縮することから、噴霧された冷却液とともに凝縮水がチムニートレイ16に溜まる。この冷却液および凝縮水は、過冷却部12で再利用するために、冷却液循環ライン51を介して冷却器53で冷却した後、冷却液として冷却液ノズル17から噴霧する。なお、過冷却部12で所定の温度に脱硫ガスを冷却するために、バイパスライン54に流れる冷却液の流量と、冷却器53に流れる冷却液の流量との比を、バルブ55を介して調節、制御することができる。
このように循環利用される一定の量の冷却液に加え、チムニートレイ16では、脱硫ガスから多量の凝縮水が回収される。よって、この凝縮水を、凝縮水再利用ライン56を介して脱硫塔10の洗浄液として再利用したり、補給水ライン57を介して塔底部の吸収液槽14内に補給水として再利用したりすることができる。
凝縮水の再利用として、先ず、第1の凝縮水再利用ライン56Aを介してガス導入口19に供給し、ガス導入口19の洗浄水として使用することができる。ガス導入口19は、硫黄酸化物を含有する処理対象ガスが通過するため、そのダクト部分等に、反応によって生成する石膏などが付着する。よって、このような付着物を洗浄するため、チムニートレイ16で回収した凝縮水を再利用する。ガス導入口19の洗浄は、脱硫塔10の運転中、連続的に行ってもよいし、間欠的に行ってもよい。
凝縮水の再利用として、次に、第2の凝縮水再利用ライン56Bを介して第1のミストエリミネータ15に供給し、第1のミストエリミネータ15の洗浄水として使用することができる。第1のミストエリミネータ15は、脱硫吸収液を同伴する脱硫ガスが通過することから、その折れ板構造部分に石膏などが付着する。よって、このような付着物を洗浄するため、チムニートレイ16で回収した凝縮水を再利用する。第1のミストエリミネータ15の洗浄は、脱硫塔10の運転中、連続的に行ってもよいし、間欠的に行ってもよい。
凝縮水の再利用として、さらに、補給水ライン57を介して塔底の吸収液槽14に供給し、脱硫部11の脱硫吸収液に添加する補給水として使用することができる。脱硫部11では、処理対象ガスに対して噴射された脱硫吸収液が塔底の吸収液槽14へ落下することから、脱硫部11内で脱硫吸収液が循環して再利用されるが、高温の処理対象ガスと接触することで、一部は蒸発して脱硫ガスとともに脱硫部11から排出される。よって、吸収液槽14の脱硫吸収液には補給水を加える必要がある。補給水の添加は、脱硫塔10の運転中、連続的に行ってもよいし、間欠的に行ってもよい。
過剰の凝縮水は、凝縮水排水ライン58を介して系外へ排出する。排出した凝縮水は、別途、再利用することもできるし、必要な処理をして廃棄することもできる。
Claims (3)
- 脱硫装置で発生する凝縮水の使用方法であって、
硫黄酸化物を含有する処理対象ガスと脱硫吸収液を接触させて、処理対象ガスから硫黄酸化物を吸収、除去するステップと、
硫黄酸化物を除去した脱硫ガスに同伴する脱硫吸収液を、ミストエリミネータで除去するステップと、
前記ミストエリミネータで脱硫ガスに同伴する脱硫吸収液を除去した脱硫ガスを冷却し、脱硫ガスから凝縮水を得るステップと、
前記凝縮水で前記脱硫装置を洗浄するステップと
を含み、
前記脱硫装置の洗浄ステップが、前記ミストエリミネータを前記凝縮水で洗浄することを含むとともに、前記処理対象ガスを前記脱硫装置に導入するための入口であって、前記処理対象ガスが通過している入口を、前記凝縮水で洗浄することを更に含む方法。 - 前記凝縮水を、前記脱硫吸収液の補給水として再利用するステップを更に含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記凝縮水を、前記脱硫ガスの冷却ステップで前記脱硫ガスを冷却する冷却液として再利用するステップを更に含む請求項1に記載の方法。
