Description
有機顔料と光触媒材料とを含有する着色塗膜を備え、
前記基材上に、着色層と、前記着色塗膜と、有機クリヤー層とが順次積層され、
前記着色塗膜が前記着色層の一部を覆う
ことを特徴とするものである。
前記着色塗膜の表色値を測定し、
前記着色塗膜の表色値が前記許容範囲内である場合を、前記有機クリヤー層の再塗装が不要と判定し、
前記着色塗膜の表色値が前記許容範囲外である場合を、前記有機クリヤー層の再塗装が必
要と判定する。
ΔL*=L* 1−L* 0
L* 0は、着色塗膜13の標準色のL*値である。ここで、L*とは、JIS Z 8729に規定されるL*a*b*表色系のL*値のことである。標準色の表色値の測定時期は、着色塗膜13に変退色が生じていなければ、特に限定されるものではないが、例えば、化粧建築板1の使用開始時に測定される。L* 1は、変退色が進行した着色塗膜13のL*値である。
試験1における化粧建築板(化粧建築板Aとする)は、図1に示すように、基材11上に、シーラー塗膜11a、着色層12、着色塗膜13、有機クリヤー層14を順次積層することによって製造した。
試験2における化粧建築板(化粧建築板Cとする)は、図2に示すように、基材11上に、シーラー塗膜11a、有機層15、無機層16、着色塗膜13、無機クリヤー層17を順次積層することによって製造した。

また、ΔL*、Δa*、Δb*は次の式で定義される。

上記式におけるL* 0、a* 0、b* 0は曝露試験開始時の着色塗膜のL*の測定値である。上記式におけるL* 1、a* 1、b* 1は、曝露試験中の着色塗膜のL*値、a*値、b*値である。ここでL*、a*、b*とは、JIS Z 8729に規定されるL*a*b*表色系のL*値、a*値、b*値のことである。

Claims (2)
- 基材に塗装を行うことで得られる化粧建築板であって、
有機顔料と光触媒材料とを含有する着色塗膜を備え、
前記基材上に、着色層と、前記着色塗膜と、有機クリヤー層とが順次積層され、
前記着色塗膜が前記着色層の一部を覆う
ことを特徴とする化粧建築板。 - 請求項1に記載の前記化粧建築板における前記有機クリヤー層の再塗装時期判定方法であって、
着色塗膜の表色値の許容範囲を設定し、
前記着色塗膜の表色値を測定し、
前記着色塗膜の表色値が前記許容範囲内である場合を、前記有機クリヤー層の再塗装が不要と判定し、
前記着色塗膜の表色値が前記許容範囲外である場合を、前記有機クリヤー層の再塗装が必要と判定する、前記有機クリヤー層の再塗装時期判定方法。
