Claims (7)
- それぞれが第1導電性を有する半導体基板と、前記半導体基板と反対の第2導電性を有するエミッタ部、前記エミッタ部に接続される第1電極及び前記半導体基板に接続される第2電極を含み、互いに隣接する第1太陽電池及び第2太陽電池を含む複数の太陽電池と、
前記複数の太陽電池を電気的に互いに直列接続するために前記第1太陽電池の第1電極と前記第2太陽電池の前記第2電極に接続する複数の配線材とを含み、
前記第1電極は、互いに並行に一方向に長く延長する複数の前面フィンガーと、前記複数の前面フィンガーと前記複数の配線材が交差する複数の交差点に前記前面フィンガー及び前記配線材の線幅より大きい複数のパッド部を備え、
前記複数のパッド部は、前記複数の交差点の内、一部の交差点に選択的に備えられ、
前記複数の配線材の数は、6個乃至30個であり、
前記複数の配線材の幅は、最小で以下の関数1と同じか大きく、最大で以下の関数2と同じか小さい、太陽電池モジュール。

- 前記配線材の数は、10個乃至18個である、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記複数のパッド部を前記前面フィンガーと交差する方向で接続する接続電極をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記複数の配線材の幅は、0.24mm乃至0.53mmである、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記複数の配線材の幅は0.3mm乃至0.38mmである、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記配線材の断面は、円形または楕円形である、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
