Description
‐モジュール式であるため、修理又は保守を行う場合、可動表面全体を分解又は交換する必要がなく、該当する一つ又は複数のモジュールのみを分解又は交換するだけでよい。
‐各用途に対応した固有の表面を形成する複数の追加部品を上部に結合することができ、その各追加部品を個別に分解できるため、保守のために全体を分解する必要がなく、極めて簡単且つ効率的に保守を行うことができる。
‐小モジュールを大モジュールの内部に配置できるため、自在網状構造の組み立てに先立つ、可動表面の移送が容易である。
‐単一のモータで前記可動表面を双方向に移送できるため、作動手段が簡略化する。
Claims (8)
- 可動表面(1)を含み、前記可動表面(1)の移動が作動手段(2)によって駆動される、自在網状構造であって、
前記可動表面(1)は、連結棒(5)によって互いに連結される複数のモジュール(3,4)で構成され、
前記連結棒(5)は、前記モジュール(3,4)のうちの少なくとも2つに設けられた穴(6)にそれぞれ収容され、
前記モジュール(3,4)は、剛毛が設けられた各ブラシ(11)を固定するための穴(10)を含み、前記剛毛は、カッティングのための、シート材料の支持体として用いられ、前記各ブラシ(11)の前記剛毛を広げる一つ以上の突起(12)を含む、自在網状構造。 - 前記モジュール(3,4)は、前記連結棒(5)を収容する穴(6)が配置されるフランジ(7)を含む、請求項1に記載の自在網状構造。
- 前記モジュールは、2つの異なるタイプである大モジュール(3)及び小モジュール(4)から成る、請求項1に記載の自在網状構造。
- 前記大モジュール(3)及び前記小モジュール(4)が、長手方向と横断方向とにおいて交互に配置されている請求項3に記載の自在網状構造。
- 前記大モジュール(3)の幅は、前記小モジュール(4)の幅と実質的に等しい、請求項3に記載の自在網状構造。
- 前記大モジュール(3)は、下部に、前記小モジュール(4)を収容可能な空洞(8)を有する、請求項3に記載の自在網状構造。
- 前記大モジュール(3)は、組み立て位置において前記連結棒(5)を覆う側面突出部(9)を含む、請求項3に記載の自在網状構造。
- 前記作動手段は、前記可動表面を双方向に移動する単一のモータ(2)を含む、請求項1に記載の自在網状構造。
