Description
Claims (9)
- 表示領域内にマトリクス状に配置された副画素のそれぞれに形成された導電性無機材料からなる下部電極と、
前記下部電極に接し、発光する発光層を含む複数の異なる有機材料の層からなる発光有機層と、
前記発光有機層に接し、前記表示領域の全体を覆うように形成され、導電性無機材料からなる上部電極と、
前記上部電極に接し、前記表示領域の全体を覆うように形成され、イオンを含み、導電性を有する導電性有機層と、を備え、
前記イオンは、前記導電性有機層の前記上部電極と接しない側よりも前記上部電極と接する側に偏って存在している
ことを特徴とする有機EL表示装置。 - 請求項1に記載の有機EL表示装置において、
前記導電性有機層は、平面視で前記上部電極の内側に形成される、ことを特徴とする有機EL表示装置。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の有機EL表示装置において、
前記導電性有機層上において、平面視で、前記導電性有機層及び前記上部電極の外側まで覆う無機材料からなる封止膜を更に備える、ことを特徴とする有機EL表示装置。 - 請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の有機EL表示装置において、
前記導電性有機層は、前記上部電極の凹凸を平坦化している、ことを特徴とする有機EL表示装置。 - 請求項4に記載の有機EL表示装置において、
さらに画素分離膜を備え、
前記画素分離膜により設けられた凹部を有し、
前記凹部内で、前記下部電極、前記発光有機層、前記上部電極、及び前記導電性有機層がこの順で積層し、
前記凹部内における前記導電性有機層の厚みと前記下部電極の厚みとの合計は前記画素分離膜の厚みよりも厚い、ことを特徴とする有機EL表示装置。 - 請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の有機EL表示装置において、
前記導電性有機層における前記上部電極が形成される面とは反対側の面に接し、前記表示領域の全体を覆って形成された導電性無機材料からなる導電性無機膜を更に備える、ことを特徴とする有機EL表示装置。 - 請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の有機EL表示装置において、
前記導電性有機層は、電荷発生層により形成される、ことを特徴とする有機EL表示装置。 - 請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の有機EL表示装置において、
前記発光有機層は、複数の前記発光層がタンデム配置された構成であり、
前記複数の発光層の間には、電荷発生層が配置されている、ことを特徴とする有機EL表示装置。 - 請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の有機EL表示装置において、
前記導電性有機層の材料には、導電性を高める無機物質が付加されている、ことを特徴とする有機EL表示装置。
